Role purpose The role supports the Business Systems Manager on all administrative functions, systems and tools of the country programme. To provide effective and efficient administrative support to enable the smooth functioning of the country programme by providing logistics and procurement support. Key outcomes

Surge capacity for emergency responses No In order to respond to ever changing demands within the environment, Christian Aid operates within an agile framework (both in workforce and operational) that requires from all employees, a high level of responsiveness and adaptiveness to processes and structures making flexibility and a project based working approach the norm. To sustain this system, managers may/will agree further details of specific tasks and duties as part of the performance agreement. Role purpose To raise the Christian Aid’s profile through effective content management for the country programme, the global organization as well as with key stakeholders in Sierra Leone. The role focuses on program communications and corporate communication. He/She identifies, documents and shares varied mix of content including, case studies, interviews, blogs, photos and films in line with CA’s communication guideline, that show how Christian Aid Sierra Leone and partners are changing lives of the poor and marginalised in line with our strategic plan Key outcomes
