The Marketing & Client Engagement Lead is responsible for supporting the Head of Market Growth&ClientSuccess in achieving the organizationβs revenue and business development goals. This role involvesidentifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, andimplementingrevenue strategies.
Responsibilities:Β βΒ Collaborate with the Head of Market Growth & Client Success to identify and pursue newbusinessopportunities. Assist in developing revenue proposals and presentations. βΒ Manage customer relationships, ensuring ongoing support and service to enhance customersatisfaction. βΒ Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies and contributetoproduct development decisions. βΒ Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product development and improve revenueefforts. βΒ Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels, including events, emailcampaigns, web pages, promotional materials, and social media. βΒ Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs and provide necessary resourcesandsupport to the revenue team. βΒ Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, trends, and potential opportunities for seniormanagement. βΒ Drive community engagement, enhance brand positioning, and manage sponsorships. βΒ Provide supervision and guidance to the Tele sales and Client Support teams.
Qualifications:Β Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue and business development, preferably in thetelecommunications industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with revenue software and tools.
