1. Position Title : HR Support Manager
HR Manager at the client site, is to provide full HR support services that concerns the workforce of the client. This includes compliance, contract management, leave management, payroll management, time management and reporting. The HR Manager will play an important role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent for the client.
- HR Administration
- Managing all employee queries relating to pay, social security, or general work welfare.
- Proper onboarding and offboarding of employees including but not limited to employment contract issuance & renewal processes and all activities related to the onboarding or offboarding of employees.
- Time Management, not limited to timesheet collection and entries.
- Comp & Ben Management
- Full Payroll Management Suite including payroll issuance
- Ensure statutory compliance regarding payroll submissions for staff

- Track location and movement of employees
- Leave management and records
- Filing and records management
- Provide monthly HR reports

- This role requires a strong understanding of Sierra Leone’s Labor laws. Proper understanding of the laws governing the client’s operating industry is also required.
- A degree in HR or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Sierra Leone labour and employment laws
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Great Multitasking skills
- Excellent People Management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

2. Position title : Foreman
Responsible for coordinating workers at construction site, in order to ensure well-established practices and
manages defined scope of work. Support the site Engineer to implement the project milestones and
demonstrate initiative on problem solving within assigned tasks.
- Report project progress to Site Engineers and the Directors as required.
- Assign tasks to construction workers.
- Develop a work schedule for their assigned site workers.
- Supervise all construction workers.
- Solve disputes between workers.
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.
- Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures.
- Managing project resources including materials.
- Track tasks against the project schedule.
- Ensuring that the site meets all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure regular on-site toolbox talks for staff on safety precautions based on approved Method
Statements/Safe Systems of Work - Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
- Proven experience as construction foreman.

3. Position title : General Manager
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead their company operations and drive our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, with a strong focus on operations, innovation, customer satisfaction and business development
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the different departments of the company
- Budget Management: Manage the different budgets, identifying opportunities for OpEx savings
- Customer/client management : Maintaining excellent & consistent customer service
- Innovation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, improve on existing opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management roles within the F&B/Hospitality industry.
- Experience with leading and growing a food & beverage business is an added advantage.
