In this regard, we request expressions of interest from credible business institutions/houses/companies/individuals to supply the following services/supplies/works for our office.

OFFICE SUPPLIES AND SERVICES:

1. Stationery

2. Office furniture/equipment

3. General merchandise (provisions, toiletries, kitchen items)

4. Printing (photocopy, binding, digital & offset, stickers & self-adhesive, vouchers, clothing, etc.)

5. Advertisement (newspapers, online, etc.)

6. Electrical appliances (bulbs, extension cords, power stations, charging stations, etc)

7. IT materials (scanners, photocopiers, toners, cartridges, shredders, etc.)

8. Internet service

9. Security service

TRANSPORT AND SERVICES:

10. Vehicle rentals (delivery vans, land cruisers, 4 runners, etc.)

ENGINEERING SERVICES:

11. General construction works (civil)

12. Electrical installation & maintenance

13. Plumbing installation & maintenance

14. Air Conditioning installation & maintenance

15. Building, plumbing materials

OTHERS:

16. Hotel services (for Freetown)

17. Hall rentals (for Freetown for training)

18. Catering services/restaurants

19. Audit services

20. Cleaning and garbage collection

Interested credible business institutions/houses/companies/individuals must have:

• A visible location/office
• The capacity to pre-finance supplies

The following documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope sent to RISING ACADEMIES:

1. Updated business license (FCC and Registrar General);
2. Updated NRA and GST certificate (where applicable);
3. Tax clearance;
4. Relevant experience and references.

You can also provide hard copies in a sealed envelope addressed to The Strategic Operations Consultant at Rising Academies, 174 Wilkinson Road, Opposite Rokel Commercial Bank, Freetown. Please indicate on the envelope ‘Expression of Interest for the service/supply/work’ you are applying for on the right-hand corner of the envelope.

Please note if you have not already completed the online form there will be a form to fill before submission at the office for those submitting hard copies. 

Note: For current vendors with Rising Academies, please reapply/resend these documents, which will serve as proof of the above-mentioned documents.
