Role and Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a Project Rollout Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in  implementing groundbreaking projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is not  just a manager but a visionary capable of ensuring projects not only meet but exceed

expectations in terms of delivery, budget, and impact. While experience in  telecommunications is a plus, offering unique insights and approaches, we’re open to  dynamic professionals from various backgrounds ready to make a significant mark.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project resources and team members to ensure tasks  are completed on time and within budget.
  •  Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior  management.
  •  Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all project deliverables  are met.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success  and identify areas for improvement.

 

Strategic Planning and Execution: 

Craft detailed project plans that blend client needs with our strategic  goals, steering project teams from conception through to fruition.

Monitor financial metrics to safeguard project profitability and

success.

 

Team Leadership and Resource Management: 

Inspire and direct project teams, fostering a culture of achievement  and continuous improvement.

Evaluate project phases to judiciously allocate personnel and

resources, enhancing project efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: 

Act as the key liaison for project updates, seamlessly

communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed and

engaged.

Host regular meetings to discuss project status, brainstorm

solutions, and align project objectives with stakeholder

expectations.

 

Risk Management and Quality Assurance: 

Develop and enforce risk management plans to reduce project risks  effectively.

Champion quality control procedures to ensure flawless project  delivery.

Documentation and Compliance: 

Maintain meticulous records of all project aspects, ensuring

transparency and compliance with all standards.

Adhere to industry-specific regulations, with a keen eye on

maintaining high-quality standards.

Continuous Improvement: 

Lead post-project evaluation sessions to distill learnings and refine  future project strategies.

Stay abreast of technological advancements and project

management trends to keep our processes cutting-edge.

Qualification: 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, Business  Administration, or related fields.

Experience in telecommunications is KEY. 

Proven track record in project management, showcasing your

ability to navigate complex project landscapes.

Leadership prowess demonstrated through the successful

management of multifaceted teams.

Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication abilities, capable of bridging technical  and business domains.

Familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and  best practices.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly  regarded.

Experience in the telecommunications sector is considered advantageous,  providing valuable insights and expertise. However, it’s not a mandatory  requirement. We value diverse experiences that can bring fresh perspectives to  our projects.
