Responsibilities: β Collaborate with the Head of Market Growth & Client Success to identify and pursue newbusinessopportunities. Assist in developing revenue proposals and presentations. β Manage customer relationships, ensuring ongoing support and service to enhance customersatisfaction. β Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies and contributetoproduct development decisions. β Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product development and improve revenueefforts. β Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels, including events, emailcampaigns, web pages, promotional materials, and social media. β Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs and provide necessary resourcesandsupport to the revenue team. β Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, trends, and potential opportunities for seniormanagement. β Drive community engagement, enhance brand positioning, and manage sponsorships. β Provide supervision and guidance to the Tele sales and Client Support teams.
Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue and business development, preferably in thetelecommunications industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with revenue software and tools.
