ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES | |||
The Marketing & Client Engagement Lead is responsible for supporting the Head of Market Growth&ClientSuccess in achieving the organization’s revenue and business development goals. This role involvesidentifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, andimplementingrevenue strategies.
Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with the Head of Market Growth & Client Success to identify and pursue newbusinessopportunities. Assist in developing revenue proposals and presentations. ● Manage customer relationships, ensuring ongoing support and service to enhance customersatisfaction. ● Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies and contributetoproduct development decisions. ● Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product development and improve revenueefforts. ● Ensure consistent and strong brand messaging across all marketing channels, including events, emailcampaigns, web pages, promotional materials, and social media. ● Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs and provide necessary resourcesandsupport to the revenue team. ● Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, trends, and potential opportunities for seniormanagement. ● Drive community engagement, enhance brand positioning, and manage sponsorships. ● Provide supervision and guidance to the Tele sales and Client Support teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue and business development, preferably in thetelecommunications industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with revenue software and tools.
