Sightsavers Call for Expressions of Interest – Multiple Openings (Sierra Leone)

In compliance with the Public Procurement Regulations 2020, Sightsavers Sierra Leone Country Office invites Applications/Expressions of Interest from eligible suppliers, contractors, consultants, other service providers for the provision of the following services, goods and works.

This is intended to develop a register/data base of all service providers to Sightsavers, and includes Contractors, Consulting Firms, Suppliers of goods, pharmaceuticals, hotel services, vehicle and motor bike maintenance and other service providers from various field for 2022 and 2023 fiscal year:

• Hotel Service (Accommodation and Food)

• Catering Service

• Vehicle Rental Service

• Stationeries

• Furniture and Fittings

• Vehicle/Bikes Repairs and Maintenance (with capacity to operate in the provinces)

• Tea Items and Toiletries

• Hygiene Kits/pharmaceuticals

• Graphic Designing, Printing and photocopying

• Clearing and Forwarding

EVALUATION CRITERIA

EOIs should be submitted together with the following:

• Business Registration Certificate

• Valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate

• Valid NRA Tax Certificate or evidence of tax compliance in country of operation

• GST Registration Certificate where applicable

• Business Profile

• Bankers

• Areas of Business

• List of key personnel (This is for Consultants)

Firms/suppliers must be willing to submit their price list (where applicable) of current stock and communicate changes in price or professional fees from time to time (where applicable)

Expressions of Interest will be evaluated and only those who meet the minimum requirement will be contacted for further pre-qualification upon which a final register will be developed for 2022 – 2023.  Pre-qualified firms/suppliers shortlisted will signed LTA agreements and Supplier Code of Conduct for the 2022 to 2023 financial years.
