1. Social Worker
Location: Tonkolili or Koinadugu District
Employment period: 1 December 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the possibility of extension for the duration of the project.

What You'll Do (Simplified)
The Social Worker will help women, girls and persons with disabilities access support, protection and community services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying individuals and households experiencing social, protection or inclusion challenges.
Assessing participants' needs and developing appropriate support plans.
Providing basic emotional and psychosocial support within the limits of your professional role.
Identifying and reporting cases involving abuse, neglect, exploitation, discrimination and gender-based violence.
Supporting women with disabilities who serve as community Champions.
Encouraging disability inclusion and gender equality during community activities.
Maintaining confidential case records and ensuring participants' personal information is protected.
Preparing project reports and contributing to monitoring and programme assessments.
