Job Profile:Β
DelAgua Health Sierra Leone (Implementation) Ltd is implementing its cookstove programΒ across the country. The Data & Training Analyst (DTA) plays a key role in the implementationΒ of the program at the district level. The DTA will report to the Country Representative andΒ will work closely with other senior staff (Programme Coordinator & Supply ChainΒ Coordinator.) He/she will be a professional who is involved in managing the day-to-day data and training processes as part of the programme and will spend time working between theΒ head office and the distribution locations. He/She will organize and communicate detailsΒ related to different data collection and training assignments or tasks to their team ofΒ Distribution Coordinators while serving as an interface between team members and theΒ Country Representative.
Key Responsibilities:Β
Training & Staff Management:Β
- Develop and implement a training manual for all Distribution Coordinators & AssistantΒ Distribution Coordinators.
- Lead on recruitment and training of community-based workers, including developingΒ training manuals and running βToTβ sessions for other staff.
- Manage and lead a team of Distribution Coordinators.
- Indirectly manage a team of Assistant Distribution Coordinators.
- Regularly report in the effectiveness of trainings.
- Assist the Senior Management Team in any other tasks as required.
Data Collection and Analysis:Β

2.) Program Coordinator
Role Profile:Β
DelAgua Health Sierra Leone (Implementation) Ltd is implementing its cookstove programΒ across the country. The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the implementation of theΒ program at the district level. The Driver Mechanic will be an integral part of the team at DelAgua SL reporting to theΒ Assistant Accounting Manager. The Driver Mechanic will be responsible for the driving andΒ maintenance of all official vehicles as part of the delivery of the cook stove program withinΒ Sierra Leone. Assistant Finance Officer ResponsibilitiesΒ
Employee will serve as Assistant Finance Officer under the direction of the Finance Officer and theΒ Commercial and Finance Director. Employee will be assisting the Finance Officer in the carefulΒ management of Sierra Leone company accounts and ensuring compliance with tax authorities for theΒ organization. Employee will be responsible for the execution of the following duties:
Reports to: Accounting Manager
- Assist to set up payments to suppliers in a timely fashion and maintain Sage Postings.
- Ensure all payment processes take place within the control environment and oversee filingΒ system for monthly expenditures.
