1.) Data & Training Analyst
Job Profile:
DelAgua Health Sierra Leone (Implementation) Ltd is implementing its cookstove program across the country. The Data & Training Analyst (DTA) plays a key role in the implementation of the program at the district level. The DTA will report to the Country Representative and will work closely with other senior staff (Programme Coordinator & Supply Chain Coordinator.) He/she will be a professional who is involved in managing the day-to-day data and training processes as part of the programme and will spend time working between the head office and the distribution locations. He/She will organize and communicate details related to different data collection and training assignments or tasks to their team of Distribution Coordinators while serving as an interface between team members and the Country Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Staff Management:
- Develop and implement a training manual for all Distribution Coordinators & Assistant Distribution Coordinators.
- Lead on recruitment and training of community-based workers, including developing training manuals and running βToTβ sessions for other staff.
- Manage and lead a team of Distribution Coordinators.
- Indirectly manage a team of Assistant Distribution Coordinators.
- Regularly report in the effectiveness of trainings.
- Assist the Senior Management Team in any other tasks as required.
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Own and securely manage all data collection forms used within allocated distribution locations in Sierra Leone, including training evaluations, distributions and household visits.
- Plan and implement the data collection process (Household Visits) in assigned operational areas, ensuring data is collected on time, and to a high quality. β’ Oversee and take responsibility for all Smart Phones used by DelAgua staff and community-based workers within assigned implementation areas in Sierra Leone. β’ Analyse all data collected from the field, mapping progress against targets and delivering regular management updates.

2.) Program Coordinator
Role Profile:
DelAgua Health Sierra Leone (Implementation) Ltd is implementing its cookstove program across the country. The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the implementation of the program at the district level. The Program Coordinator will report to the Country Representative and will work closely with other senior staff (Supply Chain Coordinator & Data Training Analyst.) He/she will be a professional who is involved in managing the day-to-day operations and will spend time working between the head office and the distribution locations. Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the development and implementation of successful distribution plans for assigned districts.

- Lead a team of Distribution Coordinators and other field staff in logistics, planning and coordinating program operations.
- Oversee orientation and training of Distribution Coordinators and Assistant Distribution Coordinators
- Develop and maintain Distribution Coordinator work schedules, timesheets, and determine priorities.
- Communicate regularly with Supply Chain Coordinator, compiling regular reports from Distribution Coordinators on the status of distribution-level training and logistics activities.

Role Profile:
The Distribution Coordinator will be an integral part of the team at DelAgua SL reporting to the Programme Coordinator. The Distribution Coordinator will be responsible for the development and execution of the cook stove program within Sierra Leone. He/She will be a professional who is involved in the day-to-day operations of the project with the majority of their time spent working at the district/chiefdom-level. This role requires long periods of extended time living and working at the Chiefdom level across rural Sierra Leone as well as working to manage large numbers of Assistant Distribution Coordinators (ADCs) and community-based workers.
Reports to: Programme Coordinator (PC)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate regularly with district/chiefdom-level local government officials and local communities for distribution planning purposes.

Driver Mechanic: Sierra Leone
Role Profile:
The Driver Mechanic will be an integral part of the team at DelAgua SL reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager. The Driver Mechanic will be responsible for the driving and maintenance of all official vehicles as part of the delivery of the cook stove program within Sierra Leone. He/She will be a professional driver mechanic who will spend the majority of their time spent working at the Chiefdom level. This role requires long periods of extended time living and working at the Chiefdom level across rural Sierra Leone as well as working in Freetown to support HQ functions.
Reports to: Finance Officer
Responsibilities:
- Drive DelAgua vehicles on all aspects of programme implementation. β’ Ensure that DelAgua vehicles are driven safely at all times.
- Support the FO in vehicle management, including undertaking minor mechanical repairs. β’ Maintain vehicle logbooks and service history documentation.
- Support the FO to complete administrative tasks.

6.) Assistant Finance Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assistant Finance Officer Responsibilities
Employee will serve as Assistant Finance Officer under the direction of the Finance Officer and the Commercial and Finance Director. Employee will be assisting the Finance Officer in the careful management of Sierra Leone company accounts and ensuring compliance with tax authorities for the organization. Employee will be responsible for the execution of the following duties:
Reports to: Accounting Manager
- Assist to set up payments to suppliers in a timely fashion and maintain Sage Postings.
- Ensure all payment processes take place within the control environment and oversee filing system for monthly expenditures.
- Assist in Maintaining SL bank accounts: reconcile monthly bank statements with the general ledger, liaise with Bank Accounts Manager to investigate any discrepancies and monitor all transactions via GAPS.
- Ensure petty cash and procurement guidelines/controls are followed.
- Evaluate and consider relevant improvements to the control environment.
- Undertake all payroll responsibilities including assisting on human resources and administrative duties which will be reviewed by the Finance Officer

This role requires working for the entirety of the time at the Chiefdom level across rural Sierra Leone as well as working to manage large numbers of community-based workers. Therefore, only candidates living in target project districts will be considered eligible for the role.
