1.) HR Officer

Position: HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in the daily management of the workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment, assisting with employee records, and helping implement HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including staff attendance tracking and supporting payroll preparation.
● Assist with the recruitment process, including managing application documents, scheduling interviews, and assisting with shortlisting candidates.
● Process new staff documentation and support the onboarding process, including introduction reports and medical clearance coordination.
● Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits records, including housing allowances and relocation support.
● Compile data and draft weekly HR reports highlighting key tasks, activities, and pending matters for review.
● Support the facilitation of handovers and guide incoming staff through initial HR procedures.
Requirements:
● Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or support role.
● Strong commitment to employee support and organizational procedures.
