Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, managing client relationships, and increasing the company's market share and revenue from marketing and sales solutions. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies to attract corporate clients, secure marketing and sales contracts, and expand the company's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, agencies, and potential clients needing marketing and sales services, to increase contract value and ancillary revenue.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets for marketing and sales services.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for business accounts.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas in the sales and marketing sector.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client marketing and sales needs.
· Negotiate and close business deals for marketing and sales services, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our marketing and sales services and generate leads.
· Coordinate with the Marketing and Service Delivery teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and service pricing strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and customer information using a CRM system.
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in a Business Development, Sales Management, or similar revenue-generating role, preferably within the sales, marketing, or agency industry.
· Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
· Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales/management platforms.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.
· Ability to travel locally and occasionally internationally to meet clients and attend events.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budget management. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
· Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
