Job Summary:
The Purpose of this position is to manage, strength and provide technical direction to all Field Staff, Consultants and Contractors. He/She will ensure that Staff safety and welfare issues are well looked into and report accordingly.
Roles and responsibility: (Marketers)
- Conduct Customers and Market Research
- Promote our Products across the Country
- Identify Target audience
- Analyze Markets Trends
- Ensure our products are advertised on social media handles
- Create content marketing
- Make sure our Products are delivered to the right customers on time
- Reaching out to potential clients
- Represent the Company in a positive light
Note: Applicants Must be willing to take up additional responsibilities as maybe assigned to them by their supervisors
Qualification and Experience:
Job location for Marketers: Freetown
Must have completed Senior Secondary School
Must be within 20years to 35years of age
University Degree will be an added advantage

Duty Location: Kambia District, Northern Province
Job Summary:
The Purpose of this position is to manage, strength and provide technical direction to all Field Staff, Consultants and Contractors. He/She will ensure that Staff safety and welfare issues are well looked into and report accordingly.
Roles and responsibility: (HR/Safety Officer):
- Provide Safety guides for all Staff, Consultants and Contractors
- Ensure all field staff are properly dressed using their PPEs
- Manage the welfare of Staff Members
- Develop/Strength Safety Polices of the Organization
- Implement Polices and Programs to keep everyone safe
- Conduct Risk Assessments and share report with Management
- Ensure incidents are investigated and report shared
- Conduct regular Inspection
- Promote Safety Initiatives
- Developing measures to assure Personnel Safety
- Ensure employees settle in, monitor attendance and perform evaluation
- Assist in employee relation cases, including disciplinary, grievance, probationary reviews
- Supporting Performance appraisal process
- Support in setting performance goals, providing feedbacks
- Developing workers to perform at their best in their current role
- Handle conflicts among staff
- Ensure Staff are well compensated according to their roles

Qualification and Experience:
Applicants Must hold a University Degree with at least 3 Years Working experience in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other related qualification.
Applicants with no Working Experience but are willing to live outside of Freetown for the Project Implementation Period are encouraged to apply
