1.) Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Logistics supervisor oversees Fuel Management from uplift to delivery to monitoring of fuel and company assets in our organization. She/He will manage the planning, organization, and implementation of fuel management system. Their responsibilities include personnel management, financial oversight, and ensuring effective supply chain performance.
You will also support the Control Room as a Supervisor.
Main Duties:
- Plan, organize and implement uplift cycles
- Ensure zero site outage as a result of no or late fuel delivery to site
- Fuel management reconciliation with the client
- Personnel and Asset management
- Manage control room staff and the control room
- ESM management and reporting on fuel usage
Responsibilities:
- Assures adequate management reporting and monitoring for fulfilling the business plan
- Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing uplift cycles
- Responsible to manage all Personnel and company assets assigned to this department
- Responsible to monitor fuel usage via system tool
- Respect customer SLAs relating to fuel availability
- Ensure your teams are working in alignment with customerβs processes
- Work pro-actively to continuously improve the operational performance of the delivery units and the processes used in delivery
- Conduct fuel audit and site visits and alert relevant authorities
- Ensure accurate fuel level reports are obtained by control room staff
Logistics Supervisor Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Relevant certificates in Supply chain, Accounting & Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a related field
- Additional experience may substitute for some education; additional education may substitute for some experience
- Understanding of personnel management
Required Languages β English
Travel - Must be willing and able
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills, with capacity to see the big picture and ability to make sound judgment and decisions

Job Summary:
As a member of the Pendrax Security Senior Management Team, you will provide leadership and management for all security and related operational functions and staff. You are required to manage operations which are running 24/7 and therefore be available for emergencies that emerge out of normal working hours as well. You would be responsible for managing a large number of Security personnel that deliver security services to our various clients.
Roles and Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the strategic planning by providing input on security operations capacity, processes and staffing, local regulations and liaising with industry regulators as needed.
- Plan, integrate, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure all support services are delivered with high-quality in an efficient manner. Address issues where operations support needs to be adapted. Oversee the piloting of new operations initiatives that require the setting of new standards and systems.
- Collaborate with management to ensure appropriate project expenditures are in line with financial plans and resource allocation. Identify and address challenges that affect the daily operations, risk, and optimal utilization of assets and resources.
- Effectively manage team dynamics and staff well-being. Provide coaching, strategically tailor individual development plans, and complete performance management reports. Monitor and assess performance to ensure adequate capacity for successful delivery.
- Contribute to staffing plans and recruitment process of security and related staff.
- Ensure contract agreements are adequately staffed to meet service delivery and practice a culture of high performance, staff development and retention. Assure quality personnel administration and a work environment that truly reflects the organizationβs principles.
- Act as lead contact in response to issues that emerge from internal and external investigations and provide the requisite resolutions to the issues.
- Create and establish a safe environment for the sharing of ideas, challenges and solutions.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the required security services are delivered to meet customersβ satisfaction and in line with contractual agreements.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Law or relevant field required.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a management position with progressive responsibilities. Experience within the security sector and EX service men/women are encouraged.
- Additional experience may substitute for some education; additional education may substitute for some experience.
- Understanding of personnel management.
