We built a payment network in West Africa, doing the last mile payments for more than 20 remittance companies including Western Union, Ria, MoneyGram, Small World, etc.

We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the position mentioned below:

Risk and Internal Control Officer

Tasks

• Monitors daily transactions (CSR Monitoring (Cash App Users), BnB, RIA MoneyGram, Western Union)
• Reports (suspicious/fraudulent transactions) and investigates any significant deviations from law and mandatory procedures.
• Manages post-transaction analysis.
• When needed, performs training and analyst functions; and
• Assists in preparing compliance manuals, training materials, and notifications to agents and personnel.
• Supervises regulatory reporting.
• Review all CTRs, STRs, and other reports for accuracy and completeness before filing them.
• Provide technical compliance support to agents, correspondents, and employees.
• Compliance Spot check Agents
• Branches Spot Check
