The Mitchell Group is looking for 2 motivated Junior Procurement Specialists to join our team for a 12-month contract in Sierra Leone. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in infrastructure and social impact while working in a development environment for a major international donor.

Position and Scope:

As a Junior Procurement Specialist on a 12-month contract in Sierra Leone, you will manage key procurement activities essential for the success of various projects. You will assist with procurements for Gender and Social Inclusion Services and coordinate studies for a range of energy and social studies. Your role is crucial to the effective and compliant execution of procurement processes, contributing to the overall success of these projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or similar academic credential in a relevant field.

A minimum of two years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, or a combination of these areas.

Fluency in written and spoken English

Proficiency in using computer software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

TMG will prioritize candidates who have a flexible schedule and are availability to work as needed. This is a hybrid position, and work from home.
