MPP 6 on Accountability to beneficiaries requires CRS  staff to engage with partners to utilize an approach to accountability, in line with the CRS Protection  Policy, that emphasizes the importance o listening to and understanding the diverse needs of the women  and men, girls and boys we serve, a d reflecting those needs in the project’s decision-making processes  and activities.

Part of the CP accountability mechanism will include the use of a Toll-Free Call Center which will host and  operate Free Line(s) on a short code with dedicated VPNs to route calls between the h Steed server and  the soft/lP phones located in CRS office that hosts, configures, and sets up ticketing system for opening  and following up on tasks arising from inbound calls where email alerts are generated and sent to  individuals with assigned tickets.

Job Title: Feedback, Complaint and Response Mechanism Call Center Officer

JOB SUMMARY 

All CRS and partner staff have crucial role to implement the FCRM in an effective, efficient, and confidential  manner, some of them have direct implementation role whereas some other have a support roles. The FCRM  Call Center Officer will be managing the CRS Toll-Free Call Center, receiving feedback from projects participants and other stakeholders, assigning feedback to project managers, and monitoring and reporting all feedback

and responses in collaboration with the CP MEAL Coordinator, all project MEAL managers, project managers, and other SMT members. He/she shall continuously seek to improve the quality of the Toll-free call center in  line with CRS principles on data protection and security and ensuring the relevance and sustainability of the  Toll-Free Call center.

 

Specific Responsibilities  ;

  • To receive, review, categorize, and assign all feedback and complaints safely and confidentially.
  •  Work with persons related to assigned feedback to respond to feedback and complaints provided safely and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with the CP MEAL coordinator, IT manager, and the Toll-Free line and Call center service  providers to maintain effective and uninterrupted operations of the call center during working and  non-working hours including holidays through the IVR system.
  • Collaborate with all project MEAL managers and officers to ensure feedback shared (formally or  informally) through other channels of FCRM is documented, managed, and effectively utilized
  •  To support the design, review, and execution of FCRM channels through the designed platforms.
  •  To record all callers’ interviews into the call center database system and consolidate all FCRM  channel’s feedback/data.
  • To prepare trend analysis and provide bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly summary report on the  progress of feedback and responses on the call center for the attention of the MEAL Coordinator • Collaborate with PMs/MEAL managers to monitor levels of satisfaction with the FCRM to enhance  accountability to the communities we serve.
  • To comply and maintain CRS ethical standards in MEAL by ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of  all types of data (feedback and response) collected and stored.
  • To support learning and reflection meetings by providing data and analytical reports/dashboards of  feedback and status of responses, and emerging issues across projects.
  • To maintain an updated version of the FCRM flowchart and menu and provide orientation to the  project team and other CRS staff on the FCRM system including FCRM forms.
  • Apply good practices for data management and data protection to FCRM data

 

Minimum Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or International Relations, or in the  field of Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Management, or Computer Science
  •    Minimum of 2 years of work experience in handling and managing Toll-Free Call Centers
  •  Proficiency in using Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), data analysis, data analytics,  interpretation, and management.
  • General knowledge of technical principles and concepts in Toll-Free Call Centers and accountability.  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to remote areas
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong listening skills, and the ability to work in a team required
  •  Transparent communication – Capable of taking proactive steps to share information and results with  the required persons or group of persons.
  • Being able to facilitate FCRM good practices orientation and presentation
  • Alignment with standards – Being able to demonstrate that FCRM roles and responsibilities have been  discharged in compliance with agreed FCRM principles and Accountability practices.

Job Summary: 

This position will facilitate the achievement of project objectives through coordination, stakeholder  management, and providing technical guidance on Social, behavioral, and change communication on  Malaria, Tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS. Ensuring best practices and consistency is applied in quality program  implementation.

Roles and Key Responsibilities:  

  • Organize and lead the implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the detailed  implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor requirements,  and good practices.
  • Ensure learning properly accompanies project activities throughout the project cycle. Support  accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and guiding partners in their efforts  to reflect on project experiences. Analyze implementation challenges and report any inconsistencies  and/or gaps to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules.
  • Coordinate and oversee working relationships with all local project stakeholders and serve as the liaison between them and the project team to mobilize local actors and promote project activities  and impact.
  • Supervise and perform ad-hoc inspections of various processes and resources at project sites to  ensure timely project activities implementation and adherence to established process standards and  procedures. Ensure proper tracking of resource use for project activities through periodic budget  reviews and follow-up with and assistance to implementing partner.
  • Support and coordinate capacity building and technical support activities to ensure assigned project  activities are implemented per project guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate provision of any logistical and administrative support to staff and partners. • Ensure project documentation for assigned activities is complete with all required documents and is  filed per agency and donor requirements. Assist with preparation of trends analysis reports and  documentation of case studies and promising practices

Basic Qualifications:  

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or related sector. 
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale development grants, preferably focusing on Global  Fund/Health Projects. 
  • Knowledge of technical principles and concepts in Malaria, Tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDs. General  knowledge of other related disciplines to ensure a proper cross-sectoral approach. 
  • Experience in writing content for donor reports and proposals. 
  • Knowledge of capacity-strengthening best practices. 
  • Experience with program monitoring and evaluation and analysis. 
  • Experience and skills in networking and relations with donors, peer organizations, and faith-based and  civil society partners. Understanding of partnership principles. 

Required Languages – English Language (Krio is optional). 

Travel – Must be willing to travel up to 30%

Job Summary:  

The main purpose of this position (Project Support Officer) is to facilitate the effective implementation of the  GF Grant by supporting program activities, including Monitoring & Supervisory Visits, as well as Programme  and Operational Review meetings. S/he will provide general administrative support and ensure that  adequate resources are available for program activities on a timely basis.

 

Specific Job Responsibilities: 

Program Quality:  

  • Coordinate logistics for program implementation – arrange for transportation, accommodation,  refreshment, and payments, and ensure timely liquidation
  • Ensure availability of enough training materials for training and requisitioning of goods and services.
  •    Organize and support meetings, and workshops, including ordering materials. Also, verify and  confirm the quality of these materials before they are used.
  • Create requisitions for the various goods and services requirements under the grant, ensuring the  running of the grant
  • Organize and manage schedules and calendars for GF grant implementation
  • Contribute to the development of project plans under the guidance of the Program Director.
  •  Assist respective unit leads in monitoring and supervising SR’s activities and reviewing relevant  documents
  • Manage invoices, expenses, and other payment documents, providing first-level verification of  payment documents. The Support Staff will sort and verify timesheets (and other documents) for  timely payment of personnel and personnel participating in other program activities
  • Provide payment information to both internal and external team members when requested
  •  Identify gaps in program implementation and work with relevant program personnel to resolve these
  •  Participate in relevant program activities where additional support is needed
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

 

Management and Administration:  

  • Maintain and continuously improve administrative systems within GF Malaria, including filing and  creating relevant databases (such as campaign personnel databases for account verification,  validation, payment, and follow-up)
  • Support administrative duties; including printing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks in  support of the team
  • Support subunits in the development of the annual procurement plan, provide updates to  procurement units, and assist with the tracking of the activities
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new staff members and consultants
  •  Work closely with other members of the team to ensure adequate documentation of program  processes

 

Risk Management:  

  • Support the Grant Manager in a quarterly review of the Risk Management Plan
  •   Work closely with the various program leads in updating the Risk Management Plan
  • Supporting the team in implementing risk mitigation actions

 

Documentation:  

  • Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for Grant activities
  • Ensure appropriate filing system for Grant documents
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

 

Inventory/Asset Management:  

  • Support the Inventory Unit to maintain an up-to-date inventory of all GF Malaria assets
  •  Responsible for receiving procured items in collaboration with the Procurement unit
  •  Work closely with the Inventory unit to physically mark all assets in the asset register
  •  Responsible for SR spot check on GF Assets
  • Make recommendations to the management on asset disposal as required
  • Ensure functionality of office equipment, and requisition new equipment and supplies as needed

Community Accountability:  

  • Support the Community Accountability team
  • Support quarterly review of CSO documentation
  • Support periodic spot checks on CSO activities
  • Work with the various teams on quarterly Monitoring and Supervisory visits

 

Basic Qualifications:  

Education and Experience  

  • First degree (HND/BSc/BA) in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal  and written, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Experience with financial compliance is desirable
  • Proven ability to function effectively as part of a multicultural team.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and proven diplomatic and negotiation skills.

Job Summary:  

Under the overall supervision of the Global Fund Project Director and directly reporting to the M & E  Manager, the M & E Officer will serve as a team member and be responsible to support and ensure the  implementation of all Global Fund NFMIII project activities in Sierra Leone. The M & E Officer will support the  M & E Manager and other Project Staff with the design and implementation, monitoring, and reporting of all  Global Fund-related interventions. The M & E Officer is expected to spend at least 70 % of his or her time in  the field monitoring activities and the remaining time in Freetown supporting report writing and updating  data entry and files.

 

 

Roles and Key Responsibilities:  

  • Support Project Staff and SRs to follow M & E procedures.
  • Collect all required information for M&E data (according to the tools and written reporting procedures)
  • Confirm the accuracy of data and follow up with SRs to resolve discrepancies
  • Create and maintain a database of reports and data submitted by all SRs (Keep track of received data and source documenting hard and soft copies)

Position Overview: 

The Senior (Sr.) Technical Officer in collaboration with the Technical Advisors (Tas), will provide strategic oversight and technical support in the implementation and expansion of integrated quality HIV services to both the general and key populations (KPs) at program supported health facilities and drop-in centers (DICs). One (1) Sr Technical Officer position will be KP focused will closely with the KP Technical Advisor on KP friendly programming.

 

The Sr Technical Officer positions will provide strategic support, oversight, and technical assistance to the implementation of comprehensive facility-based HIV services including PrEP, HTS (including index testing and HIVST), Care and Treatment and linkage to care. They will also provide strategic support to DICs, and health facilities conduct specific mobile and outreach services and services targeting populations (e.g., KPs, men). S/he will work closely with the technical officers to directly support health facility staff and volunteers at site and DIC level and contribute to the improvement of access and quality of HIV services including the optimization of HTS, referrals/linkages with HIV/AIDS care and treatment, other services (including lab) and the implementation of QI approaches. S/he will provide mentorship and support to health facility staff and volunteers at health facilities and DICs in the provision of HIV prevention (including PrEP) optimized HTS (including HIVST and index testing), adherence counseling, TB screening and prevention, laboratory services, other health screening and referrals and QI/QA activities.

 

The position will work with Technical Officers and Advisors to identify capacity and skills gaps and implement targeted on-the-job trainings and mentorship for the provision of comprehensive and high-quality HIV, and KP-friendly services.  S/he will, in collaboration with the health facility and DIC staff, provide oversight and mentorship to the project Technical Officers alongside the volunteers at the health facility and DIC that are supporting demand creation for services, linkages to care, partner tracing, loss to follow up and peer support.  S/he will also collaborate with other organizations and the communities to support HIV services across the continuum of care.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports Technical Officers and health facility and drop-in center staff in the coordination, supervision and provision of optimized HTS (HIVST and index testing), HIV prevention (including PrEP), linkages to/and care and treatment support, TB and other health services at health facilities.
  • Mentors and trains Technical Officers, health facility staff and volunteers on comprehensive and quality HIV services across the continuum of care and the clinical management of people living with HIV, integrated TB screening and prevention, and counseling provided at health facilities and outreach sites
  • Ensures all clinical procedures at health facilities and outreaches follow national guidelines and protocols developed by the NACP and meet PEPFAR minimum requirements.

LANN+ Nutrition Smart Communities centers on a participatory nutrition education in rural areas, levering agriculture, natural resource management and women empowerment for improved household nutrition.
Job Purpose: The LANN+ WASH officer will implement Nutrition-Sensitive WASH activities at community level: Promotion of improved hygiene and sanitation practices and facilities at household and community level to reduce the prevalence of diarrheal diseases (for an improved utilization of and sustained effect of improved diets) – focusing both on behavior change and improved WASH hardware.

Street Child of Sierra Leone (SCoSL) is a local Non-Governmental Organization promoting the right to education and child protection for children in the most remote communities in Sierra Leone.

PROJECT SUMMARY

Street Child of Sierra Leone (SCoSL) – through its main partner Street Child UK is implementing a four-year Education For Every Child Today (EFECT) project nationwide. This project will target enrolling and retaining 40,500 highly vulnerable primary school age children into education.

The project uses a child-centered approach and a combination of interventions to confront compounded challenges. A strategic combination of socialeconomicinfrastructural, and instructional support will be utilised to achieve increased access and retention in primary education for 40,500 vulnerable children in Sierra Leone.

 

Job functions Summary:

The MEAL Manager will work lead the development and implementation of strong monitoring, evaluation and learning processes in Sierra Leone. The role will work in close collaboration with MEAL teams in Sierra Leone to develop tools, coordinate collection, cleaning, and analysis of EFECT Programme data within Sierra Leone.

 

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop, implement, and adapt the EFECT Programme MEAL Framework in Sierra Leone, including tool design and implementation.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of baseline, midline, endline assessments and annual reviews.
  3. Work collaboratively with regional MEAL team to ensure timely, robust, and rigorous data collection
  4. Ensure systematic data collection and analysis along the project implementation, including specific donor reporting timelines
  5. Conduct spot check verifications and ensure quality monitoring of the EFECT programmes data collection.
  6. Generate regular and consistent evidence, ensuring this is disseminated and incorporated into programme adaptation.

Handicap International – Humanity & Inclusion (HI) is an International NGO which has been working closely with the  Government of Sierra Leone, international and national partners in the country since 1996 supporting vulnerable groups  and people with disabilities. Program areas include inclusive education, social and economic inclusion, rehabilitation,  prevention of disabilities, advocacy, and rights.

Currently, HI is implementing three projects for the promotion of Inclusive Education, Mental Health, and Economic  Inclusion. HI is currently in design/approval process for new projects to create a comprehensive portfolio, in line with  the implementation strategy for 2022 and onwards.

HI is currently implementing four years regional mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) project (Touching  Minds, Raising Dignity). The implementing countries include Sierra Leone, Lebanon, Togo, and Madagascar. The project  is in its second phase it second phase (2022 to 2023). It first phase runed from 2018 to 2021. The Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager will work

closely with the four countries MEAL team to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the TMRD project. This position  will also work closely with the Sierra Leone Mano River program Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer to ensure  monitoring and evaluation of the different projects with the program as the position will be based in Sierra Leone.

The MEAL manager is responsible for the MEAL and information management (IM) teams working of the MANO River  Program. He or she is in charge of deploying HI’s MEAL and IM standards on his or her programme and ensuring their  application. The overall coherency of the projects and their quality control is ensured by the MEAL department and the  Technical Unit. Lead the development and deployment of the TMRD MEAL and Information Management (IM) system.  Attend operational coordination meetings

Mission 1: Management  

Responsibility 1: Is line manager of the MEAL and IM teams of the programme

  • Review high risk transactions especially in areas touching on procurement and identify any areas of concern

Financial Reporting

  • Preparing the cash request analysis, reviewing the project management status report, and highlighting issues to follow up.
  • Reviewing the cash requests from cluster and country delegation including preparing the cash request analysis and ensuring adequacy of documents attached before onward transmission to Geneva
  • Perform control checks on monthly reports for cluster and country delegation before monthly closure is done
  • Being the go-between person between Geneva and field offices in Africa on all finance related matters – all issues from the field touching on finance must be dealt with by the finance analyst before onward processing to Geneva
  • Coordinate the annual budgeting process for cluster and country offices before final consolidation and submission to Geneva. This includes coordinating the quarterly revisions before approval by the Secretary General (SG).
  • Validate operating budgets Disaster response emergency fund (DREF, Emergency Appeal, Pledge, Staff) before submission to donors and/or Geneva including uploading budgets in the system.
  • Reviewing of administrative services invoices before submission to Geneva (GVA) and eventually to partners.
  • Reviewing the project management status report and highlighting issues to follow up.
  • Monthly validation of donor and appeal financial reports for accuracy and compliance before submission to donors.

Audit and Compliance

  • Ensure opening and maintaining the codes in APPLE by regular updating of project information and linking of codes.
  • Being the contact person for all audits e.g. KPMG audits, SIDA audits, ECHO audits, coordinating the audits, submission of documents and answering any audit queries raised.
  • Conducting budget-holder training on financial management, financial reporting, compliance, controls, KPI monitoring.
  • Review compliance to IFRC policies e.g. finance, contract, procurement, consultancy policies. Highlight areas of non-compliance and advise country and cluster offices on the same including advising on action plans to address issues raised.
  • Share with internal and external auditors’ monthly controls feedback on a request basis and assist in identifying any control issues that need follow up.

Financial Management

  • Ensure funds are transferred to delegation on time by communicating with Geneva Treasury.
  • Validating the accuracy of information on budget and PEAR ceiling before loading into the system.
  • Validating various agreements, contracts, MoU and staff request as per the contract matrix and authorisation procedure.
  • Support cluster and country finance teams to ensure proper financial management systems are in place.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support senior management in decision making e.g. analysis of financial impact of restructuring process and salary reviews.
  • Advisory role to operations staff and budget holders on finance matters.

National Society Development

  • Support in Working with Project Partner capacity review assessment and move as many national societies as possible from working advance to funds transfer modality.
  • Follow up to ensure Funds transfer society reporting are done in timely manner and completion of spot check report by country team.
  • Support country team on national society Costing policy guidelines.
  • Follow up with country team on supporting the National Society(ies) in meeting constitutional financial accountability obligations, including timely submission of Statutory Contributions, filing of audited financial statements; and filing of Certified Declarations of Income.
  • Work closely with operational team in contribution towards Red Ready approach.

Monitoring

  • Monitor monthly closing of each country delegation by reviewing the balance sheets, checking the exception reports and validating the financial information
  • Monitoring the KPIs reflected on monthly financial report and following up with country finance staff to ensure adequate action is taken to minimise the risk or exposure. If needed message will be escalated to project manager and head of delegation.
  • Monitoring and follow up of audit recommendations for the cluster and country delegation under management.
  • Clean and close dormancy balance sheet items including working advance, pledge, project and appeals.
  • Conducting monitoring visits to Cluster and Country delegation.

Procurement

  • Highlight any procurement control gaps or anomalies noted
  • Assist regional logistics unit in flagging procurements above CHF 50,000 in the region

Staff Management

  • Monitor finance staff in cluster and countries to ensure tasks and functions are completed within acceptable levels of quality and compliance and escalate any issues identified to the Head of finance.
  • Provide technical advice in the recruitment and training finance staff to ensure tasks and functions are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical appraisal on country finance staff performance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any other relevant fields
  • Full professional accountancy qualification (CPA (K), ACCA, ACA etc.
  • 7 years’ experience in financial management, accounting and audit and risks management.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • In coordination with the COP and working collaboratively with the team, provide technical leadership for the activity’s results and cross-cutting elements.

Program Management

  • Design and implement program management systems, policies, and tools for effective and efficient operations for activity implementation.

3.) Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor

  • Develop MEL systems and plan in consultation with the Chief of Party (COP) and technical leads, ensuring compliance with activity needs and USAID requirements.

  • Serve as a central point for data requests during review missions (e.g. baselines, assessments, annual reviews).
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, annual, and final progress reporting.
  • With the support of the Chief of Party, guide collaboration, learning, and adaptation and ensure the project continually uses evidence-based learning to inform implementation and adaptation. Facilitate regular external learning forums and knowledge sharing through multiple channels.
  • Lead the design and implementation of baseline, mid-term, and end-line assessments and coordinate effectively with USAID identified evaluators as needed.

The COP will be responsible for providing strategy, technical leadership and overall management direction for the program. This position will be responsible for project inputs, program strategy, external representation and coordination with project counterparts, USAID, the Government of Sierra Leone, and other donors within the sector, and other programs as necessary. The COP is ultimately responsible for compliance with the agreement results and the oversight of program activities which will meet the stated objectives of the program. The COP will have demonstrated ability to work in complex environments and manage diverse and substantial teams to deliver impact.

  • Lead the accurate and quality implementation of the program and its agreed workplans, ensuring the program is flexible, responsive, innovative and adaptive to change.

Under the guidance/supervision of the Senior M&E Expert:

 

  • Study the project proposal and important project documents and support the development of a Monitoring Plan.
  • Support the development of the project operational plan and subsequent assessments.
  • Support the Senior M&E Expert in the creation of data collection formats and questionnaires for field and training session monitoring.
  • Support the creation of the beneficiary database that can be linked with other project actor databases and ensure a unique identifier for each beneficiary, which is valid within the overall EPPIV program.

The Assistant Financial Accountant will primary aim to maintain cash and cheque pads in a secured safe box and replenish as per the policy of the organization. Ensure that disbursements made to partners, suppliers and staffs are initiated by an appropriate source document and authorized and approved by Budget Holders within the Scheme of Delegation. Check and ascertain the accuracy and validity of documents against SCI policies and procedures that expenditures incurred are allowable, allocable and reasonable; ensure all payments are processed as per SCI financial guidelines, regulations and internal financial controls relating to disbursements in an efficient and effective manner.




QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor Degree from recognized University in Accounting or Finance.
  • Relevant experience in related field
  • Computer literate (i.e. WORD, advanced Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, financial systems such as AGRESSO
  • Knowledge of local laws of the country

3.) Senior MEAL Manager

 

THE ROLE: Senior MEAL Manager

 

Save the Children is recruiting a Senior MEAL Managers to be based at the Coordination Office that will provide technical support to the Sierra Leone MEAL Team. This position will closely support the Head of MEAL. This position will work with both the Country Office and the Field Offices to ensure quality MEAL system design and implementation; evaluations and researches; MEAL budgeting; recruitment as well as support proposal writing and log frame development at national level. The post holder will support capacity building of staff and partners and ready to fill in gaps in the MEAL structure at all levels.

The Senior MEAL Manager will work across sector programs to ensure that MEAL is fully integrated into implementation. The post holder will support the Country Office to deliver on MEAL responsibilities to the Region and SCI Global.

The Senior MEAL Manager will support the implementation of accountability procedures including community feedback and response mechanisms for both development and humanitarian programs, Support compliance and assessment of quality benchmark. build capacities of staff and partners in promoting accountability and participation in Country Office s. S/he will support Awards, Finance, PDQ/TAs, Internal controls, Advocacy and Operations to review and implement a compliance strategy towards donor commitments, especially in project start-ups, implementation, documentation, progress reporting and phase-outs. S/he will assume day to day support for MEAL tasks for quality evidence-based programming.

S/he will provide MEAL supportive supervision in on-going project implementation. The Senior MEAL Manager will be highly involved in project and MEAL planning and reviews, provide support on implementation of required MEAL actions, monitoring and evaluation processes ensuring high level of child participation in these processes in operational area. S/he will guide SC and Partner teams in tracking outcome of projects which includes but not limited to documenting success stories/ case studies in line with project activities and expected outcomes. S/he will provide quality assurance for data and information (including progress reports) generated from their Country Office.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • A degree level in Social Science – Statistics, Economics or equivalent field experience.
  • Recommended a minimum of six years management and/or MEAL experience in both emergency and development contexts, preferably with solid experience in more than two of the Save the Children priority sectors: education, protection, rights governance, HIV/AIDs, health and nutrition, and emergencies

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Demonstrated strong monitoring and evaluation skills, including planning, participating in and critically reviewing evaluations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially ability to work with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, data collection/ management and analysis software etc in support of T4D
  • Ability to think and analyze issues and data critically
  • Experience of solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in
  • Ability to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner
  • Ability to assess capacity gap and provide relevant trainings.
