ROLE PURPOSE: 

The overall purpose of the position is to contribute to health improvement through improved access to sustainable WASH services to host communities in Pujehun, Bo and Kailahun Districts. This will be achieved by working with the Project Officer to provide technical support to the Field Officers/Volunteers and communities in ensuring quality implementation, generate data to inform management’s decisions while ensuring learning through effective monitoring and evaluation of the project.

Serving as a member of the WaSH program Team:

General:

Ensure the monitoring of targets and achievements, develop MEAL plan and other MEAL related tools that enhances the generation of qualitative data for effective learning and programing. Ensure value for money and quality assurance in the implementation as well as, being accountable to our donors, partners, beneficiaries and the organization we serve.

Giving the project a strategic direction:

With support from the Project Officer:

  • Monitoring of project activities and sites to enhance effective implementation
  • Monitor the project performance indicators taking into account the program M&E plan and quantitative progress report.
  • Ensure the proper use of data collection tools, and the conscious use of data while respecting beneficiaries’ confidentiality rules.
  • Ensure quality control of data provided by program teams and partners
  • Participate in activities related to evaluation/ impact studies of the project (baseline assessment, mid-term evaluation, final evaluation, including quantitative as well as qualitative evaluations);
  • Contribute to the design and revision of data collection tools
  • Organize data collection (qualitative and quantitative) of the program in the field and ensure the quality of data collected for evaluations
  • Ensure action points are followed up as needed and verify entered data for completeness, correctness, and consistency, following up on any data quality issues with the Project Officer
  • Maintaining a tracking spread sheet for M&E activities and events – baselines, assessments, reviews, evaluations – tracking trends and recommendations, progressing their implementation where appropriate

Accountability and Learning:

  • Strengthen feedback mechanism with community beneficiaries and stakeholders through awareness raising
  • Support the Project Officer to hold feedback gathering sessions on project performance
  • Support the programme team to identify and collect data on success stories and lessons learnt
  • Support to hold quarterly programme review meeting with team members.
  • When necessary, conduct post activity monitoring to gather feedback on project activities
  • Internally advocate for best practices in M&E and project delivery among project staff.
  • As necessary, identify gaps in monitoring and evaluation practices to uplift effective MEAL system.
  • Participate in the training of program teams and partners on the methodology and procedures of data collection and quality control;

Data Management and Reporting

Brief background of the project: In January 2022, RADA received funds from German Doctors e,V (GD) to implement a WASH project in 20 communities in 4 chiefdoms in Bo district. The focus of the project was to work with communities to address WASH issues in these communities.  The pilot project was well implemented, which gave birth to a 3-year BMZ /GD funded project, with the same focus but to be implemented in 60 communities, in 16 chiefdoms across 3 Districts – Bo, Pujehun and Kailahun.  The 3-year project started on the 1st of March 2023 and RADA is at the stage of obtaining baseline information from these communities.

Full description of the Service: Rehabilitation and Development Agency needs a consultant that will support them to undertake a KAP survey in 40 communities in 2 districts. The purpose of KAP survey is to collect baseline information from the school and communities where RADA will be implementing a wash project funded by BMZ through German Doctors. This survey will be led by RADA with the support of the consultant. The role of the consultant is to assist with technical backstopping like assist in the development of appropriate tools, upload the tool into kobo, analyze the data and write the report.

Aim of the survey: The aim of the survey is to obtain baseline information on the knowledge, Attitude and Practices of the schools and the communities before the beginning of project activities. Findings will help project staff to identify where much effort is needed during the project implementation.  Recommendations from the survey can support the identification of necessary adjustments to increase the success of the project. The results of the survey will be used by RADA to develop training contents and methodology for the project participants.

 

Function of the consultant: The functions of the consultant are listed below:

    1. Assist in the development of the tools: RADA will develop the tools with support from GD and share with the consultants for his/her input. The consultant will advise on the relevancy and accuracy of the tools developed
    2. KoBoToolbox account and digitalizing tools: After receiving feedback and the tools, the Consultant will digitize the tools using KoBoToolbox platform and upload the questionnaire.
    3. Data analysis and report writing: After data collection; the consultant will analyze the data, generate tables,  write the draft report of the survey and discuss key finding with the project team.

 

Key Deliverables: The consultant is required to deliver the following:

    1. Upload all questionnaires in kobo toolbox

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise the planning, implementation and monitoring of the EU funded Non-State Actors Project;
  • Lead the participatory development of project strategies and detailed design of project activities in the district;
  • Ensure timely implementation of all project activities through the development of realistic action plans and effective team management;
  • Responsible for producing high quality and accurate donor reports that meet all internal and donor reporting deadlines;
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements in all aspects of the project; and
  • Overall management of the partnership in line with partnership policy and agreements within the district.
  • Liaises with partners for activity planning, implementation and supervision with regards to improving accountability and responsiveness of BAFs project service providers, and community participation in agriculture activities and service delivery
  • Support training activities of the projects around public sector monitoring and advocacy

Partner Coordination

  • Design and manage relevant capacity building activities with District Council;
  • Provide support and guidance for the implementation of project activities conducted within the District.
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure donor compliance in all aspects of project delivery and reporting;
  • Meet regularly with the District Council; and MAFFs staff within the district
  • Represent ChildFund/Oxfam and coordination with government, agencies within the district, I/NGOs and other networks as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project staff, beneficiaries, strategic alliances and local authorities for project implementation and advocacy purposes

Budget Management

  • Regular monitoring of expenditure to ensure realistic forecasting and avoid over and/or under spend;
  • Work closely with Finance to address any budget management issues;
  • Ensure all project expenditure is in line with all donor requirements and relevant ChildFund internal policies and procedures; and
  • Ensuring that partners capacity in budget management and reporting is strengthened and in line with ChildFund and donor policies and procedures.

Team Management

  • Provide guidance, training and support to the training organized at district level  to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be competent in their role and deliver the project;
  • Support the team to produce annual objectives in line with organizational and programme priorities and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance in their role; and
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Programme Manager.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

  • Degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum three years’ experience in development and supervision of agriculture related work and development projects  in Sierra Leone or other developing countries;
  • Familiar with pro-poor, participatory approaches;
  • Solid budget, contract management and project cycle experience, experience of implementing EU-funded projects is an asset;
  • Experience managing a team;
  • Good organizational and personal management skills, with ability to priorities work issues to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and adjust to constantly changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery and follow-through;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in working with government entities desirable;
  • Sound political judgment and sensitivity, and proven experience of engaging with and influencing decision-makers like traditional authorities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to working on gender and an ability to influence and engage others to support gender issues and programme;
  • Must be a good team player and be consultative and supportive towards other team members;
  • Ability to present concise reports, sometimes at short notice, reflecting the problems and possible solutions for particular problems;

The Saving Lives programme seeks to support the Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) to save women’s and children’s lives by improving the quality, availability and accessibility of reproductive, maternal, new-born, child and adolescent health services. This will be achieved by increasing the utilization of quality RMNCAH services through a multifaceted approach that seeks to strengthen quality, expand access, and build the demand for RMNCAH services in Sierra Leone.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

The MEAL Manager will be in charge of technical oversight of the monitoring and evaluation of Saving Lives project, including where applicable: operational research, routine tracking, program impact assessment, M&E capacity building and program reporting in respective and assigned sites. He/ She plays a key role in capacity building of specific program staffs, monitoring and evaluation of program quality and services in close collaboration with the Senior Health Coordinator & MEAL Coordinator. He/ She works closely with the District Delivery Senior Managers and is a key technical liaison with MOH and other stakeholder representatives from specific DHMTs and other Ministry of Health-related agencies for quality control of program.

 

Job Overview/Summary

The MEAL Manager will work under the supervision of the Saving Lives Project Coordinator and has a matrix reporting to the MEAL Coordinator. This position will be responsible for all MEAL related Saving Lives Program actions (implementation, and close-out), providing technical M&E leadership for the Saving Lives project with specific attention to data quality and use. With direct support from the Project Coordinator, s/he will continuously assess the current M&E systems and capacity of staff related to Saving Lives M&E and based on this, address the identified needs through capacity building and technical support on data collection methods, data analysis, data quality assurance and result-based management. S/he will also ensure that quality data collected is entered into data collection platforms (IRC CommCare + mobile); data analysis is completed by project teams and will play a key role in the process of reporting on the impact of the IRC program to relevant stakeholders. S/he will conduct frequent visits to the field and assess the quality of the program, M&E work, ensure understanding and compliance with M&E procedures and provide guidance and coaching to staff.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • To build M&E capacity internally and externally.
  • To provide support and training to staff for the implementation of high-quality MEAL activities, assessments, and surveys.
  • To help with design, setup, manage, supervise, and analyze ongoing Saving Lives Health Management Information System.
  • In close collaboration with the Project Coordinator, Senior Health Coordinator & MEAL Coordinator, lead the development & implementation of strong data collection tools and MEAL plans for the protection program.
  • To report monthly on project M&E progress in line with proposal & log-frame indicators and objectives.
  • Compile quantitative and qualitative data to showcase IRC’s Saving Lives Project, covering all outlined program outcome areas.
  • To coordinate with all relevant authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to ensure M&E data validity.
  • To contribute to reporting externally on findings.
  • Submit data set to update country office wide program database, & CommCare online portal on monthly basis.
  • Ensure efficient systems in place for program staff to collect and compile relevant and concise information for routine project reports and occasional special reports as required.
  • Support the provision of technical training and capacity building in monitoring and evaluation to Saving Lives project staff.
  • Perform regular field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by Program staff and to verify the accuracy of the data reported.
  • Support program teams in analyzing and interpreting M&E data.
  • With oversight from MEAL Coordinator:
    • Support the program team to ensure that donor, partner, and senior management data queries are addressed in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Assist the program team and program coordinator in implementing the IRC’s MEAL Handbook.

 

Specific Responsibilities
Program/Project Design and learning:

  • Work with the MEAL Coordinator in developing a list of data to be collected in the course of program implementation for reporting progress towards outcomes and outputs, data collection methodologies and data quality control tools including a data collection sheet, timing and frequency of data collection, and who responsible.
  • Develop and make sure the Saving Lives project has tested monitoring tools that capture both program activity and indicators progress.
  • Revise and readjust the assigned project M&E framework as needed in coordination with Senior Health Coordinator & MEAL Coordinator.
  • Build and maintain rapport with MoH responsible Health departments, Partners, and other stakeholder organizations to facilitate data collection on the ground.
  • Ensure records are checked during meetings for accuracy and provide support where necessary and share data with program managers.
  • In coordination with MEAL Coordinator & Senior Health Coordinator / Project Coordinator, set up a database system relevant to health program.
  • With support from the Saving Lives project Coordinator and MEAL Coordinator, establish and maintain project level information management system.
  • Responsible for the implementation of detailed health program log frames, work plans, monitoring tools to ensure high quality program implementation throughout the project cycle and ensure the program is achieving expected outputs and that activities are relevant for the specific and assigned townships.

 

Monitor implementation, maintain and analyze data and produce information on project impact and progress:

  • Ensure the designed methodology for and administration process of relevant data flow mechanism in close collaboration with MEAL Coordinator, and related MoH agencies.
  • Document findings from data quality audits and store in project files to ensure collective and sustainable access.
  • Oversight process of data flow mechanism and routinely visit the project sites and monitor implementation of data flow mechanism.
  • In coordination with DHMTs M&E focal points, monitor the management of program database and project data quality control processes.
  • Ensure project database is safely stored and backed up.
  • Produce regular (monthly and or quarterly) program inputs, outputs, and outcome progress reports and adjusted result / log frame and MoH HMIS.
  • Assist the Senior Health Coordinator, MEAL Coordinator, and Saving Lives Project Coordinator in preparing of program progress reports, updating log frame and program monitoring feedback reports.
  • Ensure systematic data collection along the project implementation, including specific donor reporting.
  • Identify any shortcoming along the project cycle and inform relevant IRC senior staffs for timely decision making for the specific and assigned townships.

 

Reviews & / Evaluation

  • Provide summarized monthly data analysis showing progress achieved against targets over time.
  • Follow up with project teams on programme quality improvement action plans. Ensure action points are followed up and relevant measures taken and incorporated into programming; and verify entered data for completeness, correctness, and consistency and follow up on any data quality issues.
  • Periodically leads in the presentation of M&E data trends during reflective practice forums at field office/ project level and gather lessons from project implementation processes.
  • Support the implementation of processes to review the quality of existing project data, information, collection methods and the suitability of the existing data for the provision of sound baseline information.
  • Maintain a tracking spreadsheet for M&E activities and events – baselines, assessments, reviews, evaluations – tracking trends and recommendations, progressing their implementation where appropriate.

 

Database management, Information Management and Reporting

    • Assist the Senior Health Coordinator on donor reporting in accordance with standardized template and ensure quality MEAL reports are produced in a timely manner.
    • Take lead in integration of program database to DHIS system, and IRC CommCare database system.
    • Provide and maintain MIS content/requirements and feedback to project team and document progress on indicators/achievement of targets
    • Submit dataset to update country office wide program indicator dashboard on monthly basis.
  • Maintain and regularly update project monitoring reports, including lessons learned, prepared by different projects and application of evaluation recommendations.

 

Technical oversight and capacity building

  • Supervise and provide technical support to Health program staff and the Data Entry team on implementing data flow mechanism, application of DHIS, and project data quality control tools.
  • Provide technical quality assurance to DHMTs on implementing project data flow mechanism, application of DHIS database, and data quality control tools.
  • Assist the Project Health Coordinator for the overall technical oversight and quality control of whole Health program in the respective sites.
  • Organize the capacity building plan and actions for project staffs as needed.
  • Technical oversight to the projectteam.

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in M&E of complex health programs in a humanitarian / development context and demonstrated high level skills in program and project M&E, operational research and impact assessment.
  • Experience of web based & CommCare mobile data entry & management will be an added advantage.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATION COURSES:

  • University degree / diploma in social science, humanities, or other related degree; Computer Science/IT/or any sector or sub-sector related field; M&E Course

The programme duration is October 2018 – March 2023, with a planned extension to September 2023.

 

The IRC is recruiting for a District Clinical Mentor-Supervisor for the Saving Lives Phase II programme in Sierra Leone. The supervisor will be responsible for the direct technical guidance and support to the District Clinical Mentors in the EmONC mentorship programme. Working in close collaboration with the Technical Health Specialist and the CCU, the District Clinical Mentor-Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that the Saving Lives programme EmONC mentorship framework is implemented in full alignment with relevant national policies and protocols, meets the technical rigour needed and that it follows the agreed work plan in the extension phase.

The District Clinical Mentor-Supervisor will work under the oversight of the Technical Health Specialist, CCU.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

 

Technical 

  • Provide technical support and guidance to DCMs so that they can support their EmONC mentees. This will include helping the DCMs to understand best practices and latest developments in obstetric and new-born care and providing on the job training.
  • Strengthen the capacity of DCMs on approaches to enhance delivery of mentorship and develop solutions to overcome commonly experienced challenges within the mentorship program.
  • In collaboration with other technical staff, ensure effective implementation of EmONC mentorship program as outlined in the EmONC mentorship framework.
  • Support the DCMs in linking the EmONC mentorship programme with the national Quality Management programme and district QoC focal persons.
  • Ensure standardization of mentorship across the consortium to ensure that the DCMs use a common approach as guided by CCU.
  • Conduct supportive supervision visits to the DCMs at least once a month in the supported districts.
  • Provide gap-filling support to DCMs by delivering mentorship and conducting competency assessments to EmONC mentees in districts, as needed.
  • Conduct DCM competency assessments in collaboration with CCU as needed.
  • In collaboration with the CCU, use the existing project tools (Power Bi reports, Mentor-mentee trackers, monthly reports etc.) to support the regional leads to improve mentorship.
  • Monitor the performance of DCMs and provide feedback based on findings from their most recent competency assessments, mentee competency assessments, and regular one-on-one interactions during supportive visits.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between DCMs, regional leads and CCU.
  • Attending project monitoring meetings where EmONC mentorship is discussed, as may be organized by the CCU.

Representation and Advocacy

  • Attend national level RMNCAH meetings and other workshops, working groups, and coordination forums relevant to EmONC mentorship as required to ensure close coordination and collaboration with GoSL and development partners.

 

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

The post will work with the Senior Team Leader, CCU; Technical Health Specialist, CCU; MEL Coordinator, CCU; and Project Coordinator, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

To effectively deliver this engagement, the applicant should meet the following requirements:

 

Essential: 

  • Clinical background and experience is a must (RN, Midwife, CHO);
  • Experience in design/management/Implementation of RMNCAH programmes and quality assurance frameworks in a developing country;
  • Demonstrated experience using data for decision making, including interpretation and analysis of RMNCAH data elements.
  • At least 4 years of relevant field experience, preferably in a Low and Middle-Income Country (LMIC).
  • Ability to provide technical support and feedback with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent English speaking/writing skills.

 

Recommended: 

  • Bachelors in international health or related qualification in health;
  • Additional certificate/training in quality assurance or quality improvement;

Job Purpose: The Market Access officer will lead all field activities relating to: Nutrition-sensitive value addition of marketable foods; Profitable marketing of foods and food products including supporting project farmers to access business skills and to access a private sectors partners’ agro-forestry out-grower scheme; Improved access to quality productive assets including access to and understanding of market information for project farmers, and linking project farmers to traders, transporters and private sector actors. Main duties &

Programme planning and implementation

Job Responsibilities:

Finance

  • Oversee accounting processes, policies, and service delivery and maintain accounting controls to ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording and management of CRS UR projects financial transactions and internal controls in compliance with CRS’ financial management policies and procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Review and analyze project financial reports, including cost allocation of shared costs, to verify financial transactions and work with relevant staff to address irregularities and resolve accounting issues.
  • Serve as the key point person on all issues related to financial transaction records on UR projects.
  • Provide proactive advice, support, and capacity building to managers, staff, and partners to ensure compliance with standards and proper records of financial transactions, as well as to support strengthening of internal control.

You will lead strategy development in the field of Partnership and Capacity Strengthening and Local Leadership (PCS and LL) globally and as a member of the Sierra Leone Country Program (CP) provide technical and management leadership as well advice in aspects of Partnership, Capacity Strengthening and Local Leadership for the CP, in line with CRS program quality principles and standards, donor guidelines, and industry best practices to Technical Advisors and Country Program (CP) teams to advance the delivery of high-quality programming to the poor and vulnerable. Job Title: Local Leadership and Capacity Strengthening Coordinator

Department: Operations

Duty Location: Must be willing and able to travel 50-70% per year within the Country. 

 

Roles and Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead design and implementation of the CP strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in PCS and LL, as well take part in the work on the Agency strategic platforms that effectively engage partners, donors, and governments. Ensure a cross-sectoral approach that integrates gender, protection mainstreaming, and disaster risk reduction.
  • Lead development and advancement of agency-wide standards, policies, innovative approaches, tools, and monitoring and evaluation in PCS and LL, including application of partnership principles.
  • Provide technical support for the CP Local Leadership strategy for the CP PCS strategies, and how to best apply and adapt program design and implementation standards, best practices, partnership principles, tools, and monitoring and evaluation in Capacity Strengthening of Partners, including those aspects promoting Local Leadership.
  • Identify opportunities, secure resources, and contribute to the CP efforts to pre-position CRS for strategic growth opportunities in PCS and LL. Provide technical guidance, follow donor trends in proposal development and project design with a focus on complex projects to ensure innovative programming solutions and technical excellence. Support CPs to appropriately staff project teams.
  • Design and lead capacity strengthening initiatives in PCS and LL programming for staff and partners through ensuring development of learning agendas/curriculums, organizing and/or facilitating

 

trainings, workshops, and conferences, and mentoring and coaching staff in innovative CRS approaches and tools.

  • Effectively manage talent and supervise staff under his/her supervision. Manage team dynamics and staff well-being. Provide coaching, strategically tailor individual development plans, and complete performance assessment for direct reports.
  • Lead the agency knowledge management and learning agenda in PCS and LL including the development and leadership of an PCS and LL Community of Practice through helping implement conditions to influence donors and for collective learning that ensure the capturing, documenting, and sharing of key successes, promising practices, lessons learned, and evidence-based implementation research, internally and externally, including publications in peer reviewed journals.
  • Ensure the leadership of the design and implementation of the ALL Right and EMPOWER Funds in line with agency approach, including working closely local partners, Program and Operations and WARO that are specifically tailored to the needs and aspirations of the local partners as aligned to strategy and mission.
  • Ensure Partner’s compliance on CRS Partnership safeguarding policy and Gateway reporting
  • Represent CRS at the CP forums, Churches, United Nations, U.S. Congress, and major donor forums to present CRS’ work and research in PCS and LL to influence technical partner approaches, future funding opportunities, and policies. Network with relevant organizations to increase CRS’ profile in PCS and LL, influence in the global PCS and LL community, and donor diversification.

 

Typical Background, Experience & Requirements: 

Education and Experience 

  • Master’s Degree in International Development, or field related to Organizational Development. PhD is a plus.
  • Minimum of ten years of work experience in Partnership and Capacity Strengthening with progressive responsibilities, ideally with an international NGO, with five years overseas in multiple regions as a technical advisor and/or program manager of a capacity strengthening of partners and/or multi-sectoral project with a capacity strengthening of partners component.
  • Deep understanding and application of technical principles and concepts in partnership and capacity strengthening. Good knowledge of related disciplines to ensure proper cross-sectoral approach.
  • Track record of contributing significantly to successful business development activities capturing public and/or private donor funding in capacity strengthening of partner organizations
  • Expertise in the development and production of curricula, tools, and other products to support capacity strengthening interventions and programming. Demonstrated experience to transfer knowledge to diverse audiences through training, mentoring, and other formal and informal methods.
  • Experience with program monitoring and evaluation including development of indicators, data collection tools and methodologies, data analysis, and data presentation.
  • Demonstrated experience and skills to represent the organization at the highest levels at meetings with donors, government, international NGOs, local partners – faith-based and civil society. Understanding of partnership principles.

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Street Child of Sierra Leone (SCoSL) is a local Non-Governmental Organization promoting the right to education and child protection for children in the most remote communities in Sierra Leone.

We believe that every child deserves the right to live in a safe place, secure home and above all, have the chance to receive a quality education. As an organization, our key focus is helping children into schools-and ensuring that they stay there. For those that have no access to education, we work towards creating access in some of the most remote parts of the Country, ensuring that no child is left behind.

 

PROJECT SUMMARY

Street Child of Sierra Leone (SCoSL) – through its main partner Street Child UK is implementing a four-year Education For Every Child Today (EFECT) project nationwide. This project will target enrolling and retaining 40,500 highly vulnerable primary school age children into education.

The project uses a child-centered approach and a combination of interventions to confront compounded challenges. A strategic combination of socialeconomicinfrastructural, and instructional support will be utilized to achieve increased access and retention in primary education for 40,500 vulnerable children in Sierra Leone.

 

Job functions Summary:

The MEAL Coordinator will work to coordinate data collection in their region and provide oversight of all field level data collection in their area. They will provide data collection, cleaning and analysis for their area and be the main contact point for data collection in their areas.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with the MEAL Manager to identify activity data to be collected during project implementation
  2. Work in close collaboration with the MEAL team to develop, adopt, adapt, and contextualize tools, coordinate data collection, cleaning, and analysis of project data
  3. Work collaboratively with field team to ensure timely, robust, and rigorous data collection
  4. Ensure systematic data collection and analysis along the project implementation, including specific donor reporting timelines
  5. Conduct spot check to verify the accuracy of the data collected and ensure quality monitoring of the EFECT project data collection systems.
  6. Support the development and training of field staff before the deployment of M&E tools and data collection methodologies
  7. Provide supportive supervision in operationalizing M&E protocols, templates, and tools with field staff.
  8. Support the program team  to ensure that donor, partner, and Senior Management data queries are addressed in an accurate and timely manner

PERSON SPECIFICATION 

EDUCATION AND JOB-RELATED SKILLS

  • University degree / diploma, M&E Course or any other related degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&E programs in a humanitarian / development context
  • Demonstrated skills in program and project M&E
  • Demonstrated skills in data analysis presentation and report writing
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience, including abilities to coordinate effectively with diverse individuals, teams, and stakeholders to achieve results
