INVITATIONS FOR BID FOR PROVISION OF GENERAL SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES

SOS Children’s Villages Sierra Leone is a non-governmental social development organization that has been promoting Children’s Rights by providing alternative care for children who have lost parental care and those at risk of losing it. The Organization operates in Freetown, Bo and Makeni and it implements various child and youth programs: villages for childcare, primary and secondary schools, youth care, entrepreneurship and employability as well as technical vocation and skills training center.

SOS Children’s Villages Sierra Leone invites vendors, suppliers and contractors from well reputable companies to register for the provision of Goods, Works and Services required by the Organization to enhance its operations.

3 Flight Ticketing and Reservations

4 Electrical and Electronics equipment

5 Office Furniture

6 General Office maintenance and repairs: plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, welding          Include; replacing light bulbs and sockets.

7 Installation and Maintenance of Air Conditioning Units

8 Caterers

9 Vehicle hire service providers

10 Graphic Designers & Printers

11 Building materials

12 Dealers in motor bikes & spares/repairs

13 Legal business documents

14 Generator maintenance/services

15 Fuel Service

16 Supply of non-perishable foods and provisions

17 General Maintenance of Vehicles and motorbikes

18 Hotel Accommodation and Conference Facilities

19 Fumigation and Disinfection

20 Office Furniture

21 Delivery Service

Interested vendors, suppliers and contractors should provide a detailed company profile with copies of certificates such as Certificate of Business Registration, National Revenue Authority Tax Clearance and NASSIT Clearance Certificate addressed to the Administrative Assistant, SOS Children’s Villages, # 2 Beach Road, Lumley, Freetown.
