TEACHERS

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery and After School Teachers who nurture and promote children's intellectual and social development.

Nursery Teachers:
Nursery education includes lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation. It will teach children patience and creativity. The duties of a nursery teacher include designing educational plans and using educational activities and methods to motivate children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lessons, and submit in accordance with administrative guidelines on a monthly basis.

• Oversee and facilitate the general safety of the classroom environment and its activities to include outside play.

• Interact with children through instructional methods to include play, music, arts and crafts, reading, writing, science and physical activities.

• Assist children with completing assigned projects and enhancing learning skills.

• Design and maintain classroom climate to include visual aids related to curriculum and age/stage of development.

• Monitor talents, special abilities, disabilities, deficiencies or problems of each individual child, document issues/concerns as needed in log book and notify management.

• Promote and foster each child's positive self-esteem and individual development toward fullest potential in the areas of physical, social, emotional and cognitive growth.

• Prepare thorough evaluations for children on a yearly basis or as needed.

• Establish and maintain a positive interpersonal relationship with all children, fellow staff and parents/guardians.

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.

• Create activities that are fun and educational for the children.

• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.

• Deliver reports on potential concerns about pupils to management as needed.

Education and Work Experience
The successful applicant will:

• Hold an Early years teaching qualification, a teaching qualification or a relevant certificate or Degree.

• Have experience in teaching Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.

After School Teacher
After-school teachers are responsible for the education and care of children in an After-school program. Their duties include developing a comprehensive curriculum, planning daily activities, and assisting students with assignments and school projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual teaching to motivate and instil enthusiasm for learning.

• Establish and maintain a positive interpersonal relationship with all children, fellow staff and parents/guardians.

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.

• Create activities that are fun and educational for the children.

• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child.

• Deliver reports on potential concerns about pupils to management as needed.

• Carry out daily planned activities.

• Help children with their homework, school projects and learning.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children.

• Prepare after school enrichment activities for children.

• Assist children in reading, writing etc.

• Maintain the standards and procedures set forth by the School.

• Develop children’s weaknesses.
