1.) Senior Virtual Video Editor (Remote)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Virtual Video Editor to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail, excellent post-production skills, and the ability to lead, review, and refine video content to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end post-production process for video content across various formats (social media, interviews, promos, tutorials, etc.)
Review, critique, and approve videos edited by editor(s) or freelance contributors to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and quality
Provide creative direction and editing feedback to editor(s)
Edit high-quality videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.
Implement transitions, audio mixing, graphics, lower thirds, color grading, and special effects as needed
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
Maintain video asset management, file naming consistency, and backup systems
Stay up-to-date with video trends, platform requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), and editing techniques
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a video editor, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead editing role
A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing range, storytelling skills, and final production quality
Experience in reviewing and managing the quality control of other editors’ work
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard video editing software
Strong creative instincts and an ability to follow and evolve brand style guidelines
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team setting
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Bonus point:
Motion graphics or animation skills
Experience editing content for international development, education, advocacy, or media platforms
Familiarity with managing collaborative workflows via cloud storage and editing platforms (Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with expertise in on-site SEO optimization, backlink acquisition, and WordPress webpage creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall website performance while ensuring a seamless user experience. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, and practical website management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Site SEO Optimization
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, indexing, crawling, mobile optimization).
Optimize website structure, metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text), internal linking, and schema markup.
Research and integrate relevant keywords into webpages and blog content.
Monitor site health and performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
2. Backlink Strategy & Outreach
Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
Collaborate with content creators to produce link-worthy content.

3. WordPress Website Management

Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Research and build lists of potential leads based on target audience criteria.
Use LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms to identify and qualify prospects.
Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking systems.
2. Cold Email Outreach
Write, test, and send personalized cold email campaigns with high open and response rates.
