Test Day Delivery and Logistics Coordinator

 

Pay band: 4

Remuneration: SLL 3,313,428.00 per month 

Post Location: Freetown 

Department: Exams   

Contract type: Locally Engaged   

Duration: 12-month fixed term contract

 

Role Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Exams within Sierra Leone office. As sole representative of exams, there is a degree of independent working required. You will be required to handle confidential materials during the multiple exchanges in country in accordance with compliance standards. You will co-ordinate and manage any risk or issue resolution, including co-ordination of customer communication directly or through customer services.  This role will be the point of contact for Venues/Venue Supervisors on the day. Please note you will be required to work test days which will involve weekend work as part of the contracted hours.




 

Requirements

Essential:

  • University degree or relevant post-secondary school qualification
  • Speaking and writing proficiency in English (B2 Level APTIS to be conducted)
  • Experience working in a busy operational environment delivering high levels of customer service
  • Ability to ensure compliance, risk and security standards are monitored and maintained
  • Track record of working in a tightly controlled process driven environment

 

Desirable:

  • Business Administration/ Education/ English Degree
  • Experience working in Exams
  • Experience of supporting on delivery of computer-based exams

 

Additional Information: All applicants should have a pre-existing legal status to live and work in Sierra Leone.
