National Expert for School Leadership (Consultancy)
Building on the development of junior and senior secondary schools, the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MoBSSE)/Teaching Service Commission (TSC) through its Leh Wi Lan program, are looking to hire the services of a National Expert for School Leadership
Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
Through the school leadership course, we will equip school leaders to be professional school leaders who are focused on learning outcomes and take a more inclusive approach to learning and management and have stronger school performance management, monitoring and reporting routines.
This role is funded by and contracted through FCDO’s Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement Programme 2.

National Expert for School-Based Continuous Professional Development (Consultancy)
Building on the development of junior and senior secondary schools, the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MoBSSE)/Teaching Service Commission (TSC) through its Leh Wi Lan program, are looking to hire the services of a National Expert for School-Based Continuous Professional Development
.
Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
To ensure implementation, SB-CPD must have value and credibility for everyone in the education system. The work of this intervention aims to build value and credibility by strengthening systems at national, district and school level. Aligning SB-CPD structures and processes to the primary CPD framework, supporting MBSSE and TSC to set priorities, ensuring supporting policies are in place and developing the capacity of MBSSE and TSC to manage SB-CPD will support its implementation.
