Vacancy Announcement

Secretary (1 position)

Qualification: diploma Certificate in a program related to secretary role.

Duties:

  • - Manage correspondence and communication.
  • - Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • - Maintain office records and documentation.
  • - Assist executives with administrative tasks.
  • - Ensure smooth internal and external communication.

Cleaners (4 positions)

Qualification: Punctual, self-aware, decent individuals.

Duties:

  • - Maintain cleanliness of office premises.
  • - Ensure a hygienic and safe environment.
  • - Assist with basic facility upkeep.

Customer Service (3 Call Center Controllers)

Qualification: WASSC Certificate and Diploma certificate with a 3+ years’ experience in customer service.

Duties:

  • - Handle customer inquiries via phone and digital platforms.
  • - Provide support for Blow Pay POS and CTC Taxi services.
  • - Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Office Assistants (2 positions)

Qualification: WASSC diploma is a plus.

Duties:

  • - Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • - Assist with filing, documentation, and errands.
  • - Ensure effective office operations.

Drivers (10 positions)

Qualification: Minimum WASSCE attempted, valid driver’s license, 5+ years experience.

Duties:

  • - Operate CTCTaxi vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • - Ensure passenger safety and comfort.
  • - Provide excellent customer service.
  • - Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.

Human Resource Department (2 positions)

Qualification: HR Admin: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, Master’s is a plus, 5+ years experience.
HR Officer: Bachelor’s degree in HR, 3+ years experience.

Duties:

  • - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • - Oversee employee relations and performance management.
  • - Implement training and development programs.
  • - Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required.

Marketing and Communication (4 positions)

Qualification: Diploma in marketing/communications, Bachelor’s is a plus.

Duties:

  • - Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • - Manage social media and digital campaigns.
  • - Promote company services and initiatives.
  • - Enhance brand visibility and public relations.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools required.

Accountants (3 positions)

Qualification: Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 4+ years experience.

Duties:

  • - Manage financial records and transactions.
  • - Prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • - Conduct audits and ensure financial compliance.
  • - Support financial planning and analysis.

Transportation Fleet and Logistics (2 positions)

Qualification: Bachelor’s in procurement/logistics/supply chain management, experience in transport sector.

Duties:

  • - Coordinate fleet operations and logistics.
  • - Ensure timely delivery of services.
  • - Maintain accurate transport and logistics records.
  • - Optimize fleet efficiency and scheduling.

ICT and System Management (3 positions)

Qualification: Bachelors in IT/computer science, Master’s Certificate is a plus, 5+ years experience.

Duties:

  • - Manage IT infrastructure and system security.
  • - Develop and maintain software solutions.
  • - Conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • - Ensure smooth operation of digital platforms.
