Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Sierra Leone

Industry: Cement Manufacturing (Cement Grinding Unit)

Experience Required: 7-15 Years

🔔𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: -

✅ Assist in the maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment in the cement grinding

unit.

✅ Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of conveyors, crushers, mills, and rotary

equipment.

✅ Support in conducting preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

✅ Assist in analyzing mechanical failures and implementing corrective measures.

✅ Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure equipment efficiency and

compliance with operational standards.

✅ Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and reports.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the plant.

✅ Collaborate with senior engineers to improve mechanical processes and efficiency.

🔔Qualifications and Requirements:-

✅ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

✅Experience in cement manufacturing, particularly in grinding units, is preferred.

✅Knowledge of rotary kilns, ball mills, conveyors, compressors, and hydraulic systems.

✅Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.

✅Familiarity with industry safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

✅Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

✅Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software.
