Job Summary: The Logistics Manager oversees fuel management process from uplift to delivery and reconciliations. S/He will manage the planning, organization, and implementation of fuel management systems. Their responsibilities include personnel management, financial oversight, and ensuring effective supply chain performance.

Main Duties

1. Plan, organize and implement uplift cycles
2. Implement controls at every stage of the fuel management process
3. Ensure Zero site outage as a result of fuel delivery
4. Fuel Management reconciliation with the Client
5. Personnel and Asset management
6. ESM management and reporting on fuel usage and theft

Responsibilities

. Assures adequate management reporting and monitoring for fulfilling the business plan

· Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing uplift cycles

. Responsible to manage all Personnel and company assets assigned to this department

. Responsible to monitor fuel theft via system tool through the control room and logistics supervisor

· Respect customer SLAs relating to fuel availability

. Ensure your teams are working in alignment with Customer's processes

. Work pro-actively to continuously improve the operational performance of the delivery units and the processes used in delivery

· Conduct fuel audit and site visits and alert relevant authorities

. Ensure daily reporting to the client is accurate and on time.

Logistics Manager Requirements

· Excellent customer service skills

· Analytical skills

· Be responsive to phone calls during and after working hours.

· Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

· 5 years working experience in related field preferably in finance or engineering

· Associated degree(s) or relevant certificates in Supply chain, Accounting & Engineering

Required Languages - English

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Demonstrates effective skills in leading and managing people

. Good financial planning and analysis skills

Key Working Relationships:

Internal: Directors, Managers , Logistics team

External: Clients, Suppliers
