Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting the strategic HR functions across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate and manage performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs.
• Ensure the hotel's compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist the Management team with any HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated HR role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity (hospitality experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Google docs.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
