Position: Site Engineer

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate multiple construction project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and in line with established quality, safety and operational standards. This role
requires strong planning, leadership and problem-solving abilities, with responsibility for managing project teams, subcontractors and resources across various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules, budgets, scopes of work and resource plans. โImplement and maintain QA/QC, Health & Safety and project control procedures.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities, including materials, subcontractors and site documentation.
- Produce progress reports, two-week look-ahead schedules and procurement plans.
- Identify and resolve construction issues through RFIs, site queries and proactive coordination.
- Provide accurate levels and site measurements; oversee Junior Engineers/Foremen. โSupport administrative tasks such as timecards, project data sheets and quantity take-offs.

Experience Required
- 3โ5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar engineering role.
