1.) Store & Logistics Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Supervisor to manage and oversee the companyβs stock and equipment across the Main Store and multiple project site stores. The role ensures timely inventory management, stock disbursement, and fleet coordination to support smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, and disbursement of stock at main and site stores. β Ensure timely delivery of items to project sites to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, asset registers, waybills, delivery notes, and gate passes.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification with the procurement officer. β Coordinate fleet and equipment management, maintenance, and usage. β Resolve issues related to stock, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus/deficit supply. β Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficient stock control.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 3β5 years relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. β Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk / Administrative Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and subcontractors. The role involves managing reception duties, handling calls, supporting office administration, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and subcontractors in a professional manner β Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Record visitor information and enforce access and security protocols
- Support document filing, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports and internal documents β Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and assist with company events β Ensure timely communication and support to staff across departments
