EducAid is looking for a Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) to join our team in Sierra Leone!
This is a critical role responsible for leading data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance the quality of our programmes and schools. The Manager β MEL will also build a strong data culture within EducAid, support school leaders and teachers, and engage with external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education!
Location: Sierra Leone (Freetown & Port Loko)
Key Responsibilities: Data collection tool creation, impact & outcome reporting, and team management
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in research & data analysis, expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, Kobo or similar tools, and strong leadership skills
