1. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer

What You'll Do (Simplified)

As the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of project data to ensure the IMPAACT4HIV programme achieves its objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the project's monitoring and evaluation framework.
  • Designing and improving data collection tools and reporting systems.
  • Supporting partners with training on monitoring and reporting procedures.
  • Monitoring project performance indicators and analysing results.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports.
  • Supporting data quality assurance and strengthening national health information systems.
  • Organising workshops and coordinating with project stakeholders.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and project documentation.
  • Supporting budget monitoring and ensuring compliance with donor and organisational procedures.
  • Promoting security, accountability, and good governance throughout project implementation.
