Key Responsibilities
Timely Deliveries: Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of items to customers across Freetown.
Customer Interaction: Professionally engage with customers, ensuring a friendly and polite demeanor at all times.
Package Handling: Handle packages with care, ensuring items are delivered in perfect condition.
Operational Updates: Regularly update delivery statuses using the companyโs app, from pickup to completion.
Compliance: Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements
Valid Riderโs License: Must possess a valid motorcycle license.
Guarantor Letter: Provide a signed letter from a reliable guarantor.
Police Clearance: Submit a valid police clearance certificate.
Proven Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Smartphone: Must own a smartphone compatible with our delivery app.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
