3. Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must have experience in growth planning, marketing and communications strategic planning together with practical experience of delivering effective and credible consumer marketing and communications. Relevant experience in the Financial Services sector and experience of conducting business-to-business marketing and communications are both considered desirable.

your credentials / references including examples of where you/your organisation has done similar work before and provide business references, including contact details of the parties for whom you completed this work.
Copies of relevant documents such as business licenses, certifications, etc.
Financial Proposal: To include:
Your commercial offer covering your total work days and related costs (in total and by resource) and any other costs for completing the work, including any specific terms and conditions.
Award Process
The technical proposal will be evaluated by the technical evaluation team. The suppliersβ technical capability, including the proposed staffing, to deliver the offered goods and services will be considered as part of this evaluation. All steps of the technical evaluation will be documented.
The results of the technical evaluation will be provided to the Finance Officer for consolidation into the overall evaluation. The financial proposal will be evaluated by the Finance. Two suppliers will be shortlisted for final negotiations and contracting as appropriate. The supplier providing the best overall value and highest level of relevant expertise will be awarded the work.

Lines of Communication
The consultant(s) will report to the ILCUF Ltd GM and also liaise directly with the NaCCUA GM throughout the assignment.
