Job Summary:

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parts and Service Representative

to join our team. This role is integral to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the sales operations within our parts department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in accurately identifying and selecting appropriate parts for their machinery.
• Offer expert guidance on parts availability, specifications, and compatibility based on customer requirements.
• Process parts orders efficiently using the dealership’s inventory management system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Promote ongoing sales initiatives, including special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in parts sales or a customer service role, preferably within the machinery or equipment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software.
