1.) ICT Manager
Location: Freetown
Report to: Assistant System Director-Systems
Duration: 12 Months
GOAL was first operational in Sierra Leone in 1999, the current country programme has a strategic focus on health (health system strengthening and adolescent sexual reproductive health), water and sanitation systems (faecal sludge management, sanitation marketing & water infrastructure) and Protection. GOAL is currently working in seven districts in Sierra Leone.
GOAL is looking to recruit a qualified, flexible, and enthusiastic professional to work within the ICT Team and partners to improve the reproductive, maternal, and new-born child and adolescent health services in Sierra Leone.
To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in ICT and /or relevant professional qualification/s or equivalent experience in the ICT sector. 3-5 years work experience serving the information systems needs of a small/medium size organisation, preferably with international footprint; experience in Microsoft Operating Systems and Cloud Service including Office 365.

2.) MEAL Manager
Location: Bombali with travel to other districts
Report to: Project/MEAL Coordinator
Duration: 3 Monthswith possible extension

GOAL is looking to recruit a qualified, flexible, and enthusiastic professional to work within the MEAL Team and partners to improve the reproductive, maternal, and new-born child and adolescent health services in Sierra Leone.
To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in statistical analysis and setting and monitoring program indicators with a Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or equivalent in related field with at least three (3) years’ work experience. You will possess sound knowledge of district health systems in Sierra Leone and have experience in providing mentorship/trainings in Sierra Leone, including on RMNCAH-related areas will be preferred. Excellent English and Krio skills, both speaking and written, will be needed. Excellent computer skill in Access, Excel and Power Point is required.

3.) Compliance Officer
Location: Freetown
Report to: Assistant Country Director -Systems
Duration: 7 Months (with possible extension)

GOAL is currently working in seven districts in Sierra Leone.
GOAL is looking to recruit a qualified, flexible, and enthusiastic professional to work within the Quality Assurance Team and partners to improve the reproductive, maternal, and new-born child and adolescent health services in Sierra Leone.
To succeed in this role, you must have a professional certification in Accounting (ACCA, CIMA or CPA holder) and or have an academic degree in accounting, Economics and/or financial management. At least 3 years finance or auditing/compliance experience. Able to prepare presentations for GMMs – basic knowledge in grant management functions is required, Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc. Willingness to travel to field sites on a regular basis. Excellent communication skills while interacting with Colleagues and Partners. Previous INGO experience and knowledge of donors is an advantage.
Ability to conduct analysis on a wide variety of contract management and budget issues, synthesize information, and present findings in a cohesive and understandable format.
Ability to independently read and interpret contractual documents, operating instructions, policies, and procedure manuals. Excellent English and Krio skills, both speaking and written, will be needed.
