Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Factory Worker to support our manufacturing operations at our facility on Wilkinson Road. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a production line and handling raw materials, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of machines on the manufacturing line
- Load and unload raw materials for production
- Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production requirements
- Monitor the production process and report any irregularities to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with packaging and storage of finished goods when necessary
- Support other production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in plastic manufacturing or raw material handling is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
