Job Advert:

The Christian Extension Services is looking for a program manager, who would be responsible for planning, executing and tracking of programs for the organisation. The required person  must excel at risk management, resource management and project planning, among other things.

Job Responsibilities include:

• • Responsible for the Program planning and Program budget including the development and implementation of the Annual CES Program Plan.
  • Ensure that all projects and activities are carefully implemented through regular supervision and monitoring.
  • Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
  • Ensure projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization

• Report to the Chief administrative officer on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Required qualification

• • BSC/BA in project development/management
  • BSC/BA in business administration

• BSC/BA in community development  studies

Required skills

• Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft excel, word and power point
• Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the said field
• Must have the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• Must have a strong leadership and managerial skills with appropriate experience
• Must have knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
