Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation and Service:
❖ Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks.
❖ Provide recommendations to guests on drink selections, including pairings with food.
❖ Ensure accurate preparation of drinks according to the hotel's standards and recipes.
Guest Interaction:
❖ Greet guests warmly and take orders promptly.
❖ Engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
❖ Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Bar Operations:
❖ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areas in both the restaurant and poolside locations.
❖ Restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages, as needed.
❖ Monitor inventory levels and inform the Bar Supervisor of any shortages.
❖ Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
Cash Handling and Record Keeping:
❖ Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
❖ Keep detailed records of sales, bar tabs, and inventory usage.
❖ Follow proper cash handling procedures and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Compliance and Safety:

Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
Education:

❖ Certification in bartending or hospitality is an advantage.
Experience:
❖ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barman or Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting.
❖ Experience in crafting cocktails and a strong knowledge of different types of beverages.
Skills:
❖ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
❖ Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage trends.
