Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage all security operations within the hotel premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of guests, employees, and property, while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee hotel security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
- Monitor CCTV systems and control room operations to ensure effective coverage.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and security logs.
- Train and mentor security staff to ensure professionalism and readiness.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency procedures.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and reliable IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the hotel’s IT systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Ensure network security, perform regular system backups, and monitor performance.
- Manage the hotel’s Wi-Fi network, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, repairs, and software licenses.
- Assist staff with IT-related issues and provide basic user training.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of networking, hardware maintenance, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
