1.) Field Technician
Job Title: Field Technician Reports to: Technical Manager Department: Technical Salary Grade: Officer

Responsibilities
· Carryout Preventive Maintenance (PM) of Diesel Generators at regular service intervals and according to PM Plan · Carryout Site Cleaning - Janitorial and Perimeter cleaning · Carryout Preventive Maintenance on Solar Systems including solar panels and batteries · Attend to Outage and faults including call-outs under the provided Service Level Agreement · Carry out DC maintenance on rectifiers at regular intervals and according to PM Plan · Support PM Supervisor in achieving monthly PM plan · Ensure PM & Site Cleaning photos are sent to PMS after every maintenance cycle · Ensure all asset and tools in your care are operational at any given time
Field Technician Requirements
· Excellent communication skills · Must be willing to work in the provinces · Must be able to ride a bike · Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills · Must have a valid driver's license · Previous working experience as a Field Technician for minimum a of three (5) years · Diploma or higher national diploma in Engineering serves as an advantage Required Languages - English

Key Working Relationships: Internal: Managers, Preventive Maintenance supervisor, Control Room Operators, Logistics Officers, Security Guards External: Clients

Responsibilities
• Ensure Field Technicians carry out Preventive Maintenance according to PM plan.
• Ensure Field Technicians carry out detail PM on DG and Solar System and on schedule.
• Ensure call outs are restored and rectified within SLA of a given site using available resources provided by Pendrax Security
• Ensure weekly and monthly signoffs are done & Submitted accurately as per prescribed schedule to the client
• Ensure NO rejection of PMs (including Solar cleaning), SM (Janitorial & Perimeter), DC Maintenance from the client
• Respect Service Level agreements prescribed by the client
• Provide Technical and Administrative support to Field Technicians
• Provide Administrative support to the Technical Manager
• Ensure all Assets & Tools operating in your region are operational at any given time.
Preventive Maintainace Supervisor Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical skills
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Previous working experience as a supervisor in any capacity for minimum of three (3) years
• Must have a valid Driver’s license
• Degree or higher national diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Required Languages – English
