JOB LOCATION

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full Time Job,.

• Responsibilities for Loan Officer

1. Report to the branch manager on the status of loan repayment and loan applications
2. Submit loan application in a timely manner
3. Recommend to the manager on amount to be approve for client
4. Act as marketing officer for the institution
5. Responsible for loan recovery
6. Monitor and update all loan accounts
7. Input loan disbursed and repayment by client into the loan portfolio template and the SafeCam
8. Identify potential client to the manager
9. Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
10. Complete loan contracts and teach client on Safacam lending policies and procedures

1. Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants.
2. Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.

13. Discuss with clients no amount approved and their repayment plans before disbursement of loan.
14. Help in filling loan form with potential client and carry out verification exercises on potential client
15. Take additional responsibility as may be assigned by Supervisor.

• Responsibilities for Cashier

1. Record all cash received in the receipt section of the cashier daily register.
2. Supervise all cash transactions as well as other payment within the branch.
3. Record all loan disbursement on a daily register.
4. Received cash from client and prepare receipt of payment of client and update Book of Accounts of the client.
5. Input all transactions into the cash book on a daily bases and ensure it reconcile with daily register.
6. At the end of day, the Manager must cross check the vouchers with the cashier Daily Activity Register and balance the Books of Account.
7. Take additional responsibility as may be assigned by.
