The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society, with funding from GAVI, is implementing the Integrated Routine Immunization Program, “Find Everyone Everywhere,” aimed at increasing awareness and improving immunization coverage across targeted communities. As part of the initiative, it is essential to develop and distribute high-quality vaccines to enhance community engagement and encourage vaccine uptake.

The Sierra Leone Red Cross Society (SLRCS) would like to request your best firm offer for the goods/services described in the tables below.
Please read carefully to understand the instructions in this Request for Quotation.

Quality specifications:
The service provider shall comply with the SLRCS standards specifications, the National Standards Bureau, and National / International FDA laws, as described above, and shall pack kits in appropriate bags for easy distribution.
Estimated Delivery period
The supplier shall clearly provide the required estimated shortest delivery period (in days) of the
above items in their offers.
Bids Delivery place
The bids shall be delivered at the below address:
PROCUREMENT UNIT, Sierra Leone Red Cross Society Office, 6 Liverpool Street, Freetown.
Delivery Place of the items
SLRCS Warehouse. Old Road Waterloo, Red Cross Compound.
Language:
All documents, markings, and labelling shall be in English.
Required documents during delivery of goods:
Delivery notes and Commercial Invoice
Cost breakdown:
* Unit prices and total prices should be segregated
* GST taxes are exempted
* Price should be net after deduction of any discount
Currency:
All costs shall be fixed and firm in Leone (SLE) only.
Mandatory Samples/Pictures: Please provide the sample for the items below while submitting your quotations:

Liquidation Damage Clause:
Please be advised that delivery after the agreed-upon schedule may be subject to a penalty of up to 3% of the total contract value.
Payment
Within 30 days from the date of invoice receipt and all supporting documents in good order by the SLRCS.
Validity:
Your offer must remain valid until 31st December 2025, before which a Purchase Order, if placed, should be accepted by you.
All or None Clause:
The SLRCS reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the supplier’s offer and the lowest
evaluated bid will not automatically be accepted.
Conditions for submitting offers:
Your offer must be accompanied by the following required documents:
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate
- Up-to-date National Revenue Authority Certificate (NRA) 2025
- Up-to-date NASSIT Certificate 2025
- Current bank statement – last three months
- Ability and capability to pre-finance and be reimbursed later
- Provide the items with the latest but not more than one month after signing contract.
- Correct calculation of bid prices
