Key Responsibilities:
* Assist students in selecting courses and academic programs that align with their career goals.
* Provide counseling on career opportunities, higher education pathways, and skill development.
* Collaborate with faculty and administration to improve student success.
* Offer guidance on scholarship opportunities and college admissions processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Any bachelorβs degree
* Previous experience in academic counseling or student advisory roles preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with diverse student populations and address their unique needs.
* Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems is a plus.
