What You'll Do (Simplified)

As the Hub Director, you will oversee the overall leadership and strategic direction of Restless Development Sierra Leone. Your responsibilities will include leading the senior management team, developing organizational strategy, building partnerships with government and donors, driving fundraising efforts, ensuring financial sustainability, and overseeing programme delivery across the country.

You will also represent the organization at national and international levels, strengthen governance systems, support staff development, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure the organization continues delivering high-impact youth-led programmes.
