Purpose of the Role:

This role is for  an Office Dispatch Rider to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of documents, materials, packages, and other items for our office. This position combines responsibilities related to transportation and delivery to support our office operations.

Areas of Responsibility

Transportation:

• Safely transport office documents, materials, packages, and other items to designated destinations.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned bike.
• Monitor and report any bike maintenance or repair needs.
• Ensure that all movements are recorded into the dispatch logbook.

Delivery and Communication:

• Verify delivery orders and ensure the accuracy of items to be delivered.
• Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate deliveries and pickup schedules.
• Provide timely and professional delivery services to external partners and customers.
• Collect and document proof of delivery and obtain necessary signatures.

Qualification & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.
