General Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area from a recognized institution
Added Advantage:
- Master’s degree in subject area or education
- Recognized teaching qualification
- Cambridge professional development certification
- Ability to teach across related subject areas
Experience Requirements
Essential:
- 3–10 years of teaching experience
Preferred:
- Experience delivering the Cambridge curriculum
- Proven experience preparing students for IGCSE and Checkpoint examinations
- Experience in curriculum development or school improvement initiatives
- Experience in student mentoring and academic supervision
